This is our Sea Glass Beach Loft , featured on HGTV’s Beachfront Bargain Hunt. Located on the peninsula in Placencia Village Belize on the beautiful Caribbean Coast. This home offers the total beach experience, only 100 steps to the crystal clear turquoise ocean. Our home has two bedrooms, one large bathroom with full washer and dryer, open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room combined. An outdoor veranda of over 500sq. ft. for outdoor enjoyment. Your view of the palm trees, the famous Placencia side walk, the ocean views and the sounds of the ocean waves, the soft breeze blowing, along with the native bird sound, will feed all your senses.
Placencia Village has it all. You're with in walking distance to everything. The best two local beach bars only a two min walk down the sidewalk. The corner market at the top of the street. Plenty of excellent restaurants all with in walking distance. Tour companies at your fingertips. The snorkeling is amazing. Rent a kayak or a paddle board, and you most likely will see a school of dolphins pass you buy. If you prefer a jungle adventure, there is several places only an hour a way, along with cave tubing, zip-lining, hiking or just a good old fashion nature walk. Placencia Village and Sea Glass Beach loft has it all for the most memorable vacation.

Hello we are Nancy, Rose, Leslie & Mike, we are family and good friends that wanted to take a journey together. We all reside in NorCal area. This home has been a labor of love in the making. I (Nancy) and my wife Rose bought our first home in Belize in 2011, and fell in love with the Belizean people, culture, the land and rainforest. Belize's primary language is English and this made sense to us to get the best of a foreign country expieranc in our native tongue. This started our journey to owning in Belize.
Leslie joined us on one of our vacations to Belize. We decided to venture out to Placencia Village. Enamored with is very culturally diverse little village, at the end of a peninsula in Belize spoke to us. I personally did not want to leave, nor the friends we went with.
After returning back home it was all we could take about. So started our journey to find our little slice of paradise on the Caribbean Cost.

Why not this Property? Our home is only 100 steps to the beach, 35 steps to the famous Placencia sidewalk, 250 steps to the best to beach bars in the village, great restaurants all over the village. A great pier to sit and watch the sunrise in the morning, or to take a nice swim in the like glass water of the early morning.
