Beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment in residence with pool and gardens

Only a few minutes from the village of Saint Anne and the Salines beach - known as one of the most beautiful in the Lesser Antilles - the apartment is perfect for couples and families. In addition to its two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it offers two terraces (on each side of the living room) facing east and west. The large infinity pool, parking and secure gardens will allow you to enjoy the residence as much as the rest of the island!


Housing :

End of stay cleaning is included in the price.
For stays longer than a week, we can also offer cleaning during the stay (with clean sheets and towels) for 30 euros to be paid locally.

Even if Martinique is a particularly quiet island, the residence is completely secure: entrances are only possible using a code, for pedestrians and cars alike.

We have a closed car park which allows you to park at the foot of the building.

The two terraces, located on each side of the living room, allow you to take meals in the sun or in the shade. In the morning, you can admire the hummingbirds which come to forage the flowering tree just in front of the "East" terrace.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
By leaving the doors open, you quickly refresh the whole apartment.

We have at your disposal an umbrella bed for the little ones.

We are in the process of installing the wifi, we will tell you as soon as it is done! In the meantime, 3G arrives at the residence ...

The apartment is equipped with a TV with TNT channels. You will also find everything you may need during your stay (kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster ...). In this regard, do not hesitate to use the metal cutlery for your excursions, plastic is not good for the islands!

Plenty of storage space will allow you to really feel at home (convenient in the children's room, large wall cupboard with wardrobe in the parents' room).

The sofa in the living room can sleep one person and hides a pull-out bed that can accommodate another. However, to keep the accommodation comfortable, we recommend that you only occupy the two bedrooms.
