This unit offers easy access with self-check-in, garage parking (for 1 car, height limit 8'6”), and an elevator taking you from the garage to level 2 where the home awaits.

About the Space: This condo offers a bright, nicely decorated space, with new flooring throughout. It is a spacious 1240 sq. ft. open floor plan with living area, dining area and kitchen. Enjoy the full kitchen with new appliances, large living room with oversized sofa, big TV, wood burning fireplace, and a private outdoor patio with seating area.
Both bedrooms are ensuite with ample closet space – Bedroom 1 offers a king-sized bed with vaulted ceilings; Bedroom 2 offers a double over queen sized bunk bed. There is a large mud room located by the front door for easy baggage storage, shoes, and/or ski equipment.
We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.
Guest Access: You will have the entire condo to yourself.
The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Aspen Creek. There are 3 jacuzzies, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), in-building laundry room with coin-machine, and trash room.
There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. There is 1 assigned parking space in the garage (height limit 8'6") and overflow parking (readily available in summer) outside the garage. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle at all times and return them upon leaving the condo.

***Please be advised, this complex will be undergoing construction through the summer/fall of 2026. There may be noise from the construction, as they are performing exterior (roof and siding) renovations.

Great location needs upgrades
Short walk to Eagle lodge is excellent. Very clean. New floors, comfortable furniture and great layout. Needs kitchen and bathroom upgrades. Community spaces also dated.

Perfect Location, Nice Layout, A little Noisy
The property is well maintained. It has a nice private layout with the two bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit. They thankfully provide wood for fires, which was a treat. They have a Keurig on site so bring your coffee pods if you have them. They have table salt & pepper available. I am admittedly a cooking snob, so I brought my own sea salt and spices. This is a second-floor unit, it is on the end, and the noise insulation in the building leaves much to be desired. Both nights on the weekend you could hear the probably intoxicated groups coming home who were staying above us around 2am. The hot tub is also right outside the balcony on the floor below, so that had its own noise and view. I am only being thorough so people can make informed decisions. We thought it was wonderful and would stay there again! There were some issues with the internet (NOT THIS UNIT'S FAULT, this is a known Mammoth issue), The gentleman who called me back was so lovely and helpful, so rest assured any issues you may have they will be promptly handled.

Great place and location
Late summer rental for biking trip. Well it was off season so the rate was really good. Excellent in every respect. Nice TVs, Wi-Fi, Kitchen, Fridge. OMG a working icemaker what a nice surprise. Super clean and well maintained. Comfy beds nice linens.
