The Art Museum is Truly Worth It!!!

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the art museum, from checkin to checkout!!! Super comfortable, spacious, great location right off the freeway. Super Host, friendly, very quick response to any questions we had before, during and after our checkout. My friends (4) all enjoyed the entire layout and made the most of our stay at the property. Will definitely return and look to stay at the Art Museum on our next golf trip in Scottsdale!

Master shower didn’t drain. One bathroom shower head was broken spraying all over. No body wash. Towels were really worn out. Ice maker didn’t work. Cleanliness was very sub par. Very sub par for a VRBO

Arizona Bike Week

The property was in a very nice neighborhood and great location for us . We had 4 couples and the bedrooms were spacious and we all had our own bathrooms. The house was huge and we were able to get a 20’ trailer and 2 vehicles on one side of drive and still pull our bikes in every night under carport. There are tvs in every room and plenty of room for everyone to relax . Outside there are a few different patio areas and very quiet to relax . The owners were great to communicate with and very accommodating. All in all our group would give them a 10 star rating and will definitely be be back

Excellent value

It can be hard to find a property with four full and proper bedrooms with quality beds in each. So this property ticjs that box. Another great feature is the multiple entertainment areas. There are two large seating areas with televisions separated by doors. There is a third area with a smaller TV that is more like an office, but could be used for reading, gaming, or office work. The furniture and decorations are an eclectic collection of this and that. It’s all in fine shape and everything works, but if you are looking for an ultra chic modern place with matching everything then this may not be for you. It does have lots of character, though. This property is nearby a busy intersection, so there is traffic noise. It did not really bother us, but it might if you are super sensitive to those kind of things. The host was very thoughtful, and had provided disposable earplugs in case we needed them. We did not. The host was very communicative. When one of the HVAC thermostats failed, they were there immediately with a tradesperson to have it repaired. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience.

Beautiful Home

The only problem was being next to a freeway. The hosts were great. They provided earplugs for those who wanted to use them. Beautiful home.

Lots of Room to spread out

Pool was not working which was one of the reasons we selected this place. We were give an option where we could go and swim at no cost but was not convenient for us since we were here for a wedding and limited on time. Management responded quickly when we had an issue and were very responsive

Linda group

We are a group of 70-ish women whose names are Linda (with one exception). We live in different states and gather when we can. This house was perfect. We each had private bedrooms and bathrooms plus had several places to gather as a group. The location was also close to the activities that we enjoy. We were very pleased with our stay. The host was alway attentive to all of our questions.

Nice experience

This was the first time we have rented a home for a family gathering. The property was large. the floor plan perfect for our needs and the property presented very well. The only downside that there was a bit of road noise from the main street behind the property and there was some old furnature stacked on the patio beside the front door. But these were minor issues and did not negatively impact our stay, we enjoyed it and would rent the place again. Thank you to the owners as they provide laundry soap and shapoo and cleaner.

Critical repairs needed

There are critical repairs that are needed before this property is rented again. The large plate glass door on the shower is coming out of the wall in the master bedroom and has the potential of causing serious injury if not repaired. The owner has known of this for some time and continues to rent it out. There were several other issues: The dryer did not work, and one of the thermostats quit working, the legs on the majority of dining room chairs were so loose one actually fell off when we tried to move it. And the lighting in ALL of the bathrooms was so low it was impossible to apply makeup. The sheets were old and faded, towels were frayed, only one washcloth, if that, were in the bathrooms. Hand towels were in the kitchen instead of dish towels and there were only 5 coffee cups in a house that is advertised to sleep 20. Dealing with the owner was a nightmare. He stated he had been at the property and the shower door was fine which was not true. I learned he had been told about it more than once and had not gotten it repaired. It took him over 5 hours to get to the house to look at the shower door which caused me to miss pre-wedding activities with the family. He asked us to go to Walmart and get our own lightbulbs for the bathrooms. He also asked us to replace the batteries in the thermostat UNTIL I asked him to accept the responsibility if it broke in our attempt to fix it. Because we could not use the shower in the master bath, I asked for a partial refund on the rent which he agreed to, and then sent me a text saying, “can we refund you after you leave us a true review”.

Met every expectation

Everything was as described… and more. House was super spacious and had all we needed. Loved that shampoos and laundry/dishwashing liquids were included. Perfect location for golf and shopping! Highly recommended!

What a great stay!

This house is beautiful. With plenty of room. Our party had 7 people~4 adults, 3 teenagers. There is a room we called the kid cave. It was great, they went in there and we never saw them. lol We all had our own room with our own bathroom. Only down fall was the house is located right at a very busy intersection. So if you don't want to hear cars passing by constantly while you sleep, you may want to sleep in the room on the opposite side of the house. The neighborhood is very cute and the pool is nice. It's very conveniently located near Sloan Park and old town Scottsdale. Both must see places while there.

Great House

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is spacious with lots of room so no one felt like they were on top of eachother. The house had more than enough sleeping space and was in an excellent location within a short ride of old town.

Great place easy access to many destinations

We had a great stay. The house was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed using the grill and spending time outdoors. A couple things we didn’t realize before arriving that we may have just missed…. 1. The pool is a community pool it was nice. 2. The yard is pretty small just a narrow strip around the house, not a lot of room for kids to play. 3. They aren’t joking about parking on the street and do tow vehicles. 4. It’s located close to busy roads so a bit of traffic noise but also has easy access in and out. Overall we had a great time and the property was well kept and nice.

Nice Family Retreat

Lots of bed-space, ample room to spread out and socialize, 3.5 baths and close to the freeway and Old Town Scottsdale. Check-in could not be any easier and the hosts were very helpful.

Awesome House

This house is so great for a large group. Four of the five bedrooms have their own bathroom. You rarely find a home like this. Tons of room to spread out! Property owner is very responsive! One suggestion for owner: more towels need to be available. The downstairs master had one shower towel.

Good place for a group but definitely not 20

This house is great for a group of friends going on a trip but i would say the house is a little mis represented. They claim there are like 4 sofas in the movie room… 2 of those are just recliners which really doesnt do the job. If tou are a group of 15 this is doable but 20 would certainly be a stretch. My group was 10 and it worked out well. Over all decent spot, quiet neighborhood but theres not much close
