Everything about my stay was perfect. Ross is thoughtful and a pleasure to work with. The studio is well designed and has everything I needed for a long weekend getaway. Bed was very comfy. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Great shops and restaurant are a short walk away. Saturday morning farmers market was a treat…right across the street. Superb location.

This place is nice, clean & a great location but VERY SMALL, there's barely room for your suit cases. Parking is an absolute NIGHTMARE. There is no "onsite parking" so if you have a vehicle, I wouldn't recommend this place. Having said all that, it's very clean and well appointed and the host was fantastic.

Loved this space!

The studio was very clean, well equipped and easy to access. I appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the host, they explained the parking and check in process very well. It was very cold and windy when we stayed, and the age of the building shown through in that. It was a little drafty and the heat was not amazing, but we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Beautiful studio. Great location.

Great location, cool building

We were in town for a concert that was at the Wilma. It was so convenient to be in the same building as the show and right downtown. The view from the condo was great! The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. I would definitely stay again.

Nice Condo in a Great Location

My husband and I stayed in The Wilma condo for 2 nights. Ross was incredibly nice to deal with and the check-in process, including parking, was seamless. The condo had everything we needed, was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location in downtown Missoula is amazing as is the view from the windows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location!

Love being close to all the activities on Higgins street. Great river trail outside the door. Go to a concert downstairs and sleep 8 floors up! Only slight problem is the late night noise on Higgins. All in all, a great place to stay in Missoula!

Great stay at The Wilma Condo

Love this location! Step out the door and you’re in downtown Missoula. Great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping close by. The unit has been renovated but retains its vintage charm. Ross was a great host and made sure we were comfortable. Love the views from this top floor condo. Would definitely return.

Great place and great host

Ross was very accommodating and very efficient throughout our entire stay. From directions for where to park, the number to call for parking privileges, spoke with us and walked us through the entire check in process and even stayed on the phone to ensure we knew how to successfully operate the entertainment center. Very classy spot, great view of downtown Missoula, location above the wilma theater was perfect, and the condo had everything anyone could want on a little get away. I will definitely rent here again in the future.

Amazing view in a well equipped studio

Spend two days & nights enjoying Missoula. This studio was the perfect location to enjoy the downtown restaurants, shops & sights. The studio was well equipped both in the kitchen & bath areas. Functioned perfectly for two. Well designed, with a fun functional interior. Owner made check in very easy and personal, check out also a breeze. Would definitely return!

Perfect condo in perfect location

If you're planning a visit to Missoula, the Wilma Condo is the perfect place to stay. It's small, but for one or two people you'll have everything you need in a very practical and tasteful layout. As an added benefit the views are lovely, there's a great restaurant on the ground floor (Scotty's Table - don't miss it!), and many other restaurants and sights within easy walking distance. And Ross is a super host who did everything to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended! I'll be back!

Downtown Gem

This property is exactly as advertised, and Ross was a responsive and gracious host. We loved the functionality of the condo - everything you need is at your fingertips. The space is comfortable (so is the bed) and the view is incredible! We always stay at the Wilma when we visit family in Missoula as it’s within walking distance of so many venues, but this was our first stay at this condo - it won’t be the last! I grew up here and love all that Western Montana has to offer. I feel very lucky to be able to live and work in my hometown surrounded by my family and friends. In late 2007, I was fortunate enough to be able to purchase this unit in the Wilma Building and spent the next 6 months designing and renovating it. Every square inch of this space is updated and I love sharing it with people from all over the world. I invite you to come see what Missoula looks like from the top-floor of the 'The Wilma'....I think you'll find it as stunning as I do.

Missoula, Montana is my hometown and feel very connected to this community. My family has lived in Western Montana for 4 generations and every single one of us has a memory from this building. I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to be involved in the restoration of one of our states oldest and most famous landmarks. Plus, I'm very excited about the opportunities this rental has created for meeting new people and sharing this place I love so much.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Most everyone who stays here in the Wilma Condo comments on just how convenient and comfortable it is. A great amount of time and energy was spent designing this studio space to be very efficient and offer all of the amenities people are used to having at home. Many visitors park their cars (in the private lot) upon arrival and, because of the Wilma's central location, are then able to walk or bike around town for the majority of their stay. For the warmer months (May - September) there are several farmer's markets located near this location, including one that is just an elevator ride away. People love to grab a coffee and walk to the markets or catch a dinner/movie....all without ever leaving the vicinity of the building!
