Enjoy, swimming pool, theraputic spa, pickle ball, pool volleyball, corn hole, kayaking, biking, fishing, basketball goal on large flat driveway, nearby skateboard park, outdoor lakeview firepit (wood provided) and so much more. Relax and take in the views from spacious boat dock complete with boat whips for you to tie up your own boat. Open air top deck has over 1,000 sq. ft. with covered sitting area on lower deck. Home features outdoor covered patio and grilling area complete with gas grill or an Egg smoker, open concept kitchen, living and dining, a completely separate bunk house above the garage with separate entrance, 4 bedrooms in the main house and large covered porch. Located on south end of the lake near dam. Smooth water great for water sports and fishing! The address of the home says is all, "40 Sundown Trail"! Another Great Stay

Second time at this property and loved it just as much as the first time! Lisa and Trae are fantastic hosts and were so easy to communicate with if anything was needed. We definitely hope to stay at this property again in the future!

Great trip!

Property was amazing! Everyone in our group loved it, and we would absolutely stay here again. Owners were great at communicating and house came with everything we could have needed.

Fantastic location & house

Such a beautiful, quiet,lovely property! We had our adult children & grandchildren staying & we had a ball! The home is very comfortable & had a fun pickleball court & the pool & back patio were stunning, truly a fun,peaceful comfortable place to enjoy the lake.

Wonderful House and Owners

The house is amazing. It is not only beautiful, it is very homey. The owners are the property managers and made sure we didn't have any questions as well as multiple offers of help if needed. We will stay here again and cannot recommend it highly enough.

The property was very clean, enough room for the whole family, and close to so many activities for the family. Hidden gem just south of Dallas

From the very beginning the owners of this property were easy to work with and very accommodating. During the check in we were given a tour of all the accommodations of the home and all the features provided. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with, often going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The property itself was amazing with a great outdoor living space and fantastic lake views.

Best family vacation!

Everyone enjoyed their stay. The house was perfect with plenty of activities for everyone. Lisa and Trae were so accommodating and helpful. They both sincerely wanted us to enjoy ourselves in their home. The adults and kids loved the pool, lake and pickleball along with a beautiful house to enjoy. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us. We definitely want to come back again.

Family Lake Trip

Every summer for about the last ten years, we have been renting a home on Cedar Creek Lake. As the grandkids get older, we look for a home that has a pool and plenty of room for all of us.Bonus with this home was a pickle ball court, basketball goal and two bicycles. Plus the backyard was beautifully landscaped with plenty of gathering spots. It is well maintained inside and out.

Diane and her guests were very kind and respectful of our home, in fact my cleaning lady said it didn't even look like anyone had used the house. Our septic system backed up while they were there and they were so patient and gracious while we got someone out to fix out. I hope they plan to come back next year.

Perfect girls getaway!

What a wonderful weekend away with several close friends. The Cape Cod home in Cedar Creek Lake was absolutely perfect for our group of 11 women. The home came with everything we needed and plenty of space to spread out. The bedrooms were all very well appointed with comfortable bedding, including the bunk room! We had planned on going to some of the area wineries but once we got to the house, we never left because the backyard oasis was pure heaven. Absolute perfection and we can’t wait to come back!

Don't miss this one!

The house is everything described on VRBO. Sitting on the wooden chairs on the top deck of the boat dock and having coffee in the morning was awesome. Played board games and ate our meals together on the large dining table. Building a fire in the pit by the lake, making smores and telling stories. We loved reconnecting with family.

Paradise on the lake

Everything about this property is amazing: the architecture, the landscaping, the layout, the decor, the location, the dock, the view. It's all breathtaking! We had the best time-it has everything we needed. Owner is available, communicative, no hassles, no problems at all. Rental itself is the best we've ever stayed at. The best, all around! Beautiful house and great location!

The house worked out great for our family weekend. We had Grandparents, Daughters, Brother-in-laws, and Grand kids. The house was equipped with everything that we needed. We enjoyed making smores on the bonfire. Fishing off the dock was a popular activity with everyone. Beautiful sunsets!

Gorgeous House and Lake Views

Lisa & Trae are the perfect hosts. They are very responsive and made check in / out a breeze. The house is beautiful with spectacular views of the lake and the owners provided everything we could possibly need. The older kids loved the bunk room! Would recommend this house to everyone!

Great Getaway

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was spacious enough for 6 adults. We were all impressed by the layout and design of this cape style home. The sunsets were amazing and the back porch was a great way to unwind.

The perfect place

This home feels like a luxury Seaside home was transported to Cedar Creek Lake! Extremely clean, comfortable, and well appointed, this home gave us (3 couples) a peaceful home-base during a family wedding weekend. The owners haven't forgotten any details: everything you need is easily accessible in this well appointed home. We found everything in good working order. There was plenty of place for food storage. Great communication with owners and check in and out was a breeze! Thank you, Williams family!!

So relaxing!!!

Just spent 3 nights at this property with my husband, two children, sister and parents for my Father’s birthday. It’s been a rough year as we are all in healthcare and oil and gas! This getaway was just what we all needed. Super clean, gorgeous views, and quiet. It rained the entire time but we still enjoyed fishing off the dock and had a little break in the clouds for some kayaking. We did NOT want to leave. Also, great communication with the sweet owners. Thank you for a great lakeside weekend! 👌🏻
