Our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom less than 15 year old New Hampshire cabin sleeps up to 10. Great WiFi and Full House Generator in case of power outages!

We LOVE renting to FAMILIES with children who will enjoy and respect our property as if it was their own.

Our cabin is right on the snowmobile trail and easy access to ATV trail. Also is a perfect and popular ATV & hunting area. Located centrally on a wooded and private lot right off Hill Road. We are approximately 3 miles to both Back Lake and Lake Francis. Beautiful large front porch with 2 person swing and 6 person picnic table. We also have 2 single kayaks, 1 double kayak and 1 child kayak , outside fire pit and a gas grill you are free to use. If the propane is empty, you must replace. Must purchase your own firewood. NO PETS. NO SMOKING/VAPING. Master bedroom has queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen and twin bed. Third bedroom has 2 sets of full/twin bunk beds. Mudroom has a full sized futon. Blow up queen bed with built in pump in the downstairs bedroom closet available for use. Washer and Dryer Available for use (please bring your own detergent). Close to all lakes and restaurants. About 1.5 miles to Buck Rub Pub and about a 5-7 minute drive to Back Lake or Lake Francis. Five beautiful lakes within a 10 mile radius of the cabin. Linens/Towels available.
IMPORTANT--- This is our family's vacation home so the house WILL have some personal items in the closets and cabinets. Games, DVD’s, condiments, bathroom toiletries.......you can “borrow” anything we have. It is all there for your use. We simply ask that you respect our personal property and upon leaving, you leave our home the way you find it. While you are there, respect it and enjoy it!!! We hope you love it as much as we do. All trash and recycling must be removed by the renter prior to checkout. There is a transfer station/dump close by for your convenience. Hours of the transfer station are as follows so please plan accordingly. Thank you.
