Motor Yacht Possibilities is a like floating condo featuring spacious 15-foot wide interior houseboat layout with 3 cabins, 2 heads, a fully equipped galley, shaded back deck for lounging, a massive 2nd-level flybridge shaded by a solar hardtop, and uniquely all wheelchair-friendly. She is on our 200' private dock behind our home in Yacht Club Colony. It is a quiet neighborhood surrounded by the Caloosahatchee Nature Preserve, just off the Caloosahatchee River Intercoastal Waterway, 4 miles upriver from downtown Fort Myers with Gulf access. This listing is to stay on board as our guests. Free bike available. Explore and fish the nature preserve's mangrove water trails and islands in the river. Enjoy docktails with a commanding view of the sunset from the flybridge.

You have use of all spaces onboard. Aft cabin is the most spacious. And features a queen bed that optionally folds up into a huge desk by day plus a sofa that converts into a full-size bed. There is an accordion door for privacy to separate the aft cabin from the galley. In front of the boat and down 5 steps the Captain's Cuddy Cabin features a private head (bathroom) a queen bed and a single Navy-style high bunk. The aft cabin with queen and huge desk great for working vacations. Great for families with not too small children.

No, you cannot operate a boat this size safely yourself. VRBO rules and insurance require the boat to stay moored throughout the entire stay.

We are frequently asked how VBRO calculates cost. We ask $245 weekdays / $295 weekends / night for first four guests. $90 / night / additional guest up to a maximum of 6.
- $75 cleaning fee
- 7% FL Sales and 5% tourist tax
- 10% booking service fee charged by VBRO
- suggested $100 donation to support hot tub setup, cleaning, and tear-down
- suggested $25 donation to teach/help launch and set up kayak (2 available) Full day.
- $35 to teach / help launch and set up Dingy. Additional $45 with 10hp outboard. Full day.
- You clean up and put kayaks/dingy away.

If you would like to cruise or spend time off the dock such as stay out on anchor we will coordinate this during our phone call. Budget an additional $500 per day for fuel, insurance, professional captain, lots of pre and post cruising preparation work, depending on your goals. This requires planning and will be handled in the phone call after you book your stay.

We can only talk by VBRO chat until you book. Exchanging phone numbers and emails is blocked. After booking your phone number is shared and Capt. Mark will call you to discuss all details. Consider booking at least one night. Then after discussing details we can extend or custom tailor your experience as desired ( fully refundable if you decided its not a good fit)

Mark is currently completing certification as a coast guard captain. He has designed all the modifications to make Possibilities 100% Inclusive and accessible for full participation such as even driving the vessel with head control only!

Mark is a licensed private pilot and broke his neck crash landing a small two seat modern carbon aircraft in the trees of the Minnesota River valley due to engine failure immediately after takeoff in 2003. In the past 17 years he has designed hundreds of products to empower through greater Independence those who have limited or no use of their hands and arms. He's worked with the veterans administration putting our young folks coming back with significant injuries from Iraq and Afghanistan back to work in school. As a disabled man in a wheelchair, Mark has traveled and spoke around the world including India's golden triangle, Honduras, Colombia, México. Mark speaks Spanish fluently and is native farm boy from central Minnesota.

Karla is a systems engineer with experience in Mexico's oil industry as a native of Veracruz, Mexico. She is the heart and soul that makes each guest stay exceptional. She is an artist in the galley and is passionate about her two cats, Romeow and We-ne, also natives of Veracruz, MX
