Description of The Belvedere and the Area: Your lovely studio is located on the 1st floor of The Belvedere, a 14-floor building ,conveniently situated across from Circus Circus, "The J," Silver Legacy, and the El Dorado hotels. While close to casinos, the building offers a much quieter environment.

Downtown festivals and events are just a block away, happening frequently during the summer. Additionally, you're only 45 minutes from Lake Tahoe, perfect for beach fun or skiing.

The studio features a comfy queen bed, desk, chair, nightstand, dresser, two tall shelves, TV (with streaming options), and a small closet area with built-in shelves for storage. There is additional storage under the bed. This unit has hidden storage all over!

The kitchen area is equipped with a stove, microwave, regular fridge/freezer, coffee maker, air fryer, pots, pans, utensils, and more. Simply stock your own food. Check the amenities section for a complete list of provided items.

Secure Garage Parking: Your secure garage parking spot is just steps away from the unit. You have an assigned spot in the garage, with a garage scanner to enter and exit, and a key fob to access the building.

Washers and Dryers: Washers and dryers are available on the 1st and 4th floors. I provide sheets and towels that are washed organically.

Access to All Amenities: Guests have access to the pool, hot tub, BBQ, fitness club, community room (with pool tables, WiFi, couches, tables, and a free book area), and a fireplace. The community room is great for working, reading, writing, or studying. You can use your fob to access the gym and community room.

Downtown Vibe: Enjoy the downtown vibe by stepping out for a meal or relaxing by the Truckee River. Scooters, similar to Lime Bikes, are available for getting around. Walk to the Riverwalk bars and restaurants, where you can often hear live music. There are numerous fun and fancy restaurants and bars along Arlington on the way to The Riverwalk. You might even find a free concert at the park!

Midtown is just minutes away, offering even more fun experiences. Information on fun activities is provided in your unit.

Local Attractions: Try a Wine Walk (held once every month), visit restaurants, go to a museum, enjoy a play or the Philharmonic. There is so much to do! UNR is very close and a beautiful place to walk. Reno also hosts many summer festivals just a short block away.

Grocery Stores: Grocery stores like Savers and Raleys, as well as numerous small restaurants, are just minutes away. Raleys, a large grocery store, is approximately 2 miles away. Instacart delivers groceries if desired. (I personally love Instacart; grocery shopping isn't my favorite activity.) Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Safeway are also available.
