Ironwood Country Club Desert Getaway - perfect for hosting visiting family!

I have been a property manager for 15 years and I have NEVER experienced such an unhappy soul in Ironwood. My guests are usually lovely people. I received numerous calls the first couple of days and after spending over $1,000 trying to please this guest, I had a refund I promised her for $800 that she so boldly asked for at the time of booking. After 3 days into her trip and $1,000 in the hole, I called VRBO and talked to customer service and told them to please make a note that this guest is VERY DIFFICULT and that I foresaw problems ahead. I then called the guest and told her if she wants the $800 discount, I need her to please not call me with every little complaint. She demanded the discount (literally) and I told her no, if she behaves and also agrees to not give a bad review, which I knew this is the one and only person after 15 years on this site that would do this, I will follow through, honor my word and give her the discount (which I did) against all my associates counsel, since these guests had already cost me so much extra money. I have a great reputation as a property manager and I put my heart and soul into improving my properties so that I feel proud of them. I love our desert, and I strive to make my guests experience outstanding when they stay with us. So one bad experience out of 100’s isn’t so bad. I love my Ironwood clients, and they love me. You can’t please everyone! I hope you don’t let this one very hard to please guest discourage you from booking ☺️
