This generously sized home is perfect for accommodating a group of 4 people and boasts a full size kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. The space features 2 comfortable queen size beds and an additional single bed. The interior is bright and open, with a spacious living area and a large eating bar or work surface. The open layout of the kitchen and living room creates an inviting atmosphere.

Enjoy the privacy and convenience of renting this entire condominium for your stay. With a separate entrance, you have complete access to all areas of the property, making it feel like your own home. This is the perfect option for those looking for a private, self-contained space during their travels.

We are committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all of our guests. In order to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of our rental, we ask that you leave your street footwear at the main entrance of your suite.

Our check-in hours are from 3:00pm to 9:00pm, and checkout is at 10:00 am. To ensure a peaceful and restful environment for all of our guests, we have quiet time from 10:00pm to 9:00am on weekdays and from 11:00pm to 10:00am on weekends.

We appreciate respectful and courteous guests and have a zero tolerance policy towards arrogant and mean behavior. We hope you will join us and enjoy a pleasant and respectful stay in our rental. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.

We will meet at the property and walk them through the suite for check in. Host will verify photo ID of all guests and issue keys. You will be given a brief orientation of the suite and the neighborhood.

Very clean apartment

The unit that was shown online was not available at the moment we arrived. However, the owner accommodated right away another unit very close to the building we supposed to stay. The building needs improvement but the apartment was fully renovated and very clean., also the beds were very comfortable. The only draw back, there was not laundry unit within the apartment, there was one common laundry room for the whole building. However, the location was unbeatable for what we went to do in Edmonton.

Although the host was very pleasant and accommodating, the unit we booked was NOT the unit she tried to put us in. After specifically asking her what floor the unit was on and receiving the answer of “2nd” we arrived to discover our unit was in the basement. Apparently the host has multiple units in multiple buildings so...buyer beware. We refused the unit and received a full no penalty refund which the host offered immediately.
