Condo Layout: Master bedroom has one king bed. Second bedroom has one queen bed.

Bike/gear storage: There is a private garage which can be used to store gear, vehicle, or both (space permitting). The unit also has an allocated storage room in the basement of the complex which can be used to store bikes, skis/boards, boots, golf clubs, etc...

Private Hot tub and only a 3-minute drive to Revelstoke Mountain Resort, this Mackenzie Village spacious condo will not disappoint! Great for small groups or families, you'll find everything you need in this well-outfitted condo. Enjoy the beautiful views of nature from your private hot tub or balcony equipped with a BBQ and complimentary propane. Guests also find comfort relaxing in the living room in front of the electric fireplace.

The open concept main area is beautifully lit with large windows and sliding doors. The open concept living/ dining room and kitchen is the perfect place to rest before and after you venture outdoors. There is comfortable living room seating, a plasma screen television with Smart options to connect to your subscriptions , and a dining room table in the central area. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance a chef could need and has a beautiful island counter with two barstools. The first bedroom is furnished with a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen. The bathroom is exceptionally spacious and complete with a shower/bath.

Parking: There is one parking space allocated to your condo in the secure private single car garage. Garage clearance is approximately 7'3" in height, and 7'6" width. This will fit a regular sized vehicles, large trucks and SUV's will need to park in an outdoor "visitor" parking space that are available on a first come first serve basis.
Trailers and RV's are strictly prohibited in the complex. If you need additional parking please contact one of our team members prior to your arrival.

*Please note that as this unit is located in a multi-phase development, there is ongoing construction in the complex. This is limited to across the street, as well as some minor construction in the retail spaces on the main floor. If you have any questions please reach out to our local team. *

Absolutely lovely property! We would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly as it was listed, and perfect for our family. The space was clean and well-stocked with standard amenities, the hot tub was amazing, and the bbq grill was a game changer. :)

Ski Vacation

Everything was wonderful! I had questions about parking that were promptly answered before our arrival. The condo was very clean and exactly as advertised. Plus, the location to the resort can't be beat! We'll definitely be looking to rebook for our next Revelstoke vacation! Thank you!

Comfortable family spot

This condo will work well for a family of 4 with twin beds in one room and a large bed in the other room. Having a washer/dryer combo is incredibly nice when coming in with wet clothes from the slopes. It's also fantastic having a private hot tub to rest those sore muscles.

Review

The condo was wonderful with full amenities. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night after hiking into amazing waterfalls and seeing lots of tourist attractions during the day. The only issue was parking as the visitor spots are limited and because we were in a truck we were unable to use the garage. Other than the parking the condo was excellent.

Great Revy ski trip!

Modern and clean unit that suited our needs well. Appliances were new and well kept along with the Hot Tub. The garage was a great resting place for our skis but a big vehicle doesn't really fit. Parking in the area is a problem if you cant use the garage and can't find a visor spot. WiFi is also very good and could use it for just about anything. Would stay again!!!

Great condo in new development

This is a very nice condo in a brand new development that is close to both downtown and the mountain (half way in between). There were four of us and that was the max for this unit - it worked well. Well supplied for cooking in. Comes with a garage spot, so we didnā€™t have to remove skis/boards from the roof rack each night! Management company was quite responsive to any queries or issues. Overall a very nice place. My only complaint would be there was only one towel bar in the bathroom - for four people!?! Plenty of room to add three more!

Great Place

This condo has everything you need and more. I was surprised to see it stocked with all the extras in the kitchen like seran wrap and tin foil, plastic cups, as well as laundry soap and all the soaps/conditioner needed in the bathroom. The kids had the best time in the hot tub! Our only complaint is that it was extremely hot with no AC and with no screen doors, we werenā€™t able to let any airflow through to cool it down. We also all found the beds to be uncomfortable, but perhaps this was heightened by the discomfort from the heat? Itā€™s a short drive(or longer walk/bike ride) to the town, but super close to the hill. In the winter I see this being an excellent place to stay and thatā€™s why I gave it it a five star rating.

Great location, very well equipped.

This property is wonderfully located between downtown Revelstoke and Revelstoke Mountain Resort. It is fully stoked so you can make the home your own. The beds are very comfortable and there is a lot of extra bedding if you needed it. On the other hand the place was very hot. We were unable to keep the windows and doors open at night because the window coverings could not be closed while the windows were fully opened. Also, had a broom and some dish clothes been provided it would have been easier to keep the place even more clean than we did while we stayed. However, the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The washer had detergent, so keeping clean was never an issue. I would stay here again.

Clean unit that is very close to the ski hill

Clean and well decorated. We appreciated the single beds for the kids in the second bedroom. We didn't use the hot tub much because it was summer but it would have been a great feature for a winter visit. Location is very close to Revelstoke Mountain Resort (a 10 minute bike ride). We only just managed to fit our minivan with vertical bike rack into the garage. Most cars, minivans and trucks will fit in the garage. If you have a very big car or truck and arrive late at night the backup visitor spots may already be taken so ask the property manager to suggest some alternatives. We really enjoyed our stay; we'd like to stay here again to go skiing in the Winter.

We really enjoy this complex and have stayed here before, but this was our first time in a ground-floor unit. The convenience for unloading and access was great, but unfortunately, the noise from the upstairs unit was disruptive. The dog above us was very active at night, which made it difficult to get restful sleep. If youā€™re a light sleeper, a unit on a higher floor might be a better fit.For the price point and cleaning fees, we expected a higher standard of cleanliness. The unit itself looked fine at first glance, but we did notice areas that hadnā€™t been properly maintained. Under the beds hadnā€™t been vacuumed in some time (we had to move them to get windows open since the unit runs warm), and we also found someone elseā€™s laundry tucked in plain view in front of the washer. The washer itself could use a deep clean as there was visible mold in the liner.The hot tub was a nice perk, but the cover is broken and very difficult to maneuver back into place since it sits in a corner of the patio. This made it more of a hassle to use than it should have been.That said, there are plenty of positives. The location is excellent, close to amenities, and the layout of these units works really well. Bike storage is ample and very convenient. Weā€™ll definitely look to stay in this complex again in the futureā€”just probably not this particular unit unless some of these issues are addressed.

Enjoyed our stay with a few exceptions

The condo was comfortable and nicely appointed. Comfortable beds (little on the soft side for us but still nice). Kitchen and bathroom had everything you needed. The condo is on the first floor and has a common area yard in the back of the building and overlooks the woods and has mountain views. Location was great. 5-10 mins to the ski mountain and to town. Construction is going on in the area but with minimal inconvenience. I would have rated this a 5 star stay but the floors need a good cleaning, cobwebs with dead insects need to be taken down and front door and back deck need a good sweeping from debris (not just from pollen). It would also have been nice to have a screen on the back door patio and in one of the bedrooms. If itā€™s warm out (over 70) the unit gets very stuffy even with fans running. If the door and window could be kept open, it wouldnā€™t have been a problem. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Good and bad

The bad: Property management company was unresponsive (no reply to my email and no answer to phone calls during business hours). Bathroom floor had muddy barefoot footprints from the cleaner or previous guests. Suite was very hot (though the provided fans helped). The garage was extremely small, could not fit my short box Toyota Tacoma with the tailgate down so I had to park in a visitor space... However all the visitor spaces were taken so I had to park around the back of the place in a construction area. King size bed is two smaller mattresses pushed together so we used the Queen instead. Sheets were not soft or breathable. Crave app on TV played audio out of sync so we used my iPad instead... The good: unit is well stocked. It has a drip coffee machine with filters and ground coffee provided. Washer/dryer worked great and there were detergent strips. Hot tub was nice to use. The kitchen is great and generally was a nice space to hang out in. Despite the bad, I would stay here again but I'd like to see some improvements šŸ™‚ Nearby construction did not bother us.

Great place great location

Great location, clean etc. Parking was not good if you have two vehicles or oversized due to construction going on everywhere surrounding the complex but that will be alleviated soon im sure.Host was responsive, hot tub was nice touch. No cable it's chromcast web services which is fine but it appears the TV is a US TV so when you try and cast etc it says the TV is not in country of origin. Also if your from us and your streaming is get fenced you're out of luck unless you bring a laptop and us vpn Would rent again from this host most definitely good all the way around

This was a very nice place for our family while visiting Revelstoke. It was quiet and comfortable, and located close to downtown and to revelstoke mtn. Communication with revelstoke vacations staff was efficient and they were very helpful in answering some questions we had. House was surface clean but the patio was covered in cobwebs. No patio furniture was provided, so we had to bring kitchen stools out to sit outside. Parking was also a bit of an issue. 2 spots were provided, but our vehicle barely fit in the garage (could barely open doors) and the visitor parking was frequently full. Overall, it was a good visit and we would definitely consider staying again.

The condo was very nice, was well equipped. The patio needed to be swept, it was full of webs

It was a good experience overall. We had issues with the locks and was given the wrong door code initially and had to call emergency line to gain access. Also was hot and smoky so couldnā€™t open a window. Needed AC. The fans did little to cool off rooms. And no cable.

Spring Break

We were so happy with everything. The accommodations were perfect for our family. The hot tub was perfect. Loved being on one level ground floor. Even the towels and toiletries were top notch. Literally minutes from ski hill. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing I would add is a second tv in a bedroom.
