Plan your next island vacation at this exception 4 bedroom, 2 bath home located at the north end of Anna Maria! Enjoy the short walk with easy access to the beautiful white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. This unique floor plan with living area on the top floor allows you to take advantage of the cool sea breezes. This open floor plan allows the entire family to have space to enjoy separate activities while still being together. Enjoy dinner or a glass of wine on the large balcony situated just off of the kitchen and living area. The private, heated, saltwater pool is the perfect place to soak in the sun all year round! Pete's Blue Heaven offers serene, outdoor decks and a private, outdoor pool side shower, great to rinse off after the beach! A short walk to historic Pine Avenue with shops, restaurants, the Anna Maria City Pier, as well as easy access to the FREE Anna Maria Trolley!

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

The house is absolutely lovely, and met all our needs. Only a minute’s walk from the beach, we were pleased the owner had comfortable beach lounge chairs for us, and a wagon to cart all our beach needs. We found at least 30 sand dollars during our early morning walks along the beach. We appreciated and took full advantage of being walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and ice cream. The home is beautifully decorated and superbly lit at night, with soft lighting and accents throughout the house, and by the pool. Loved how the owner decorated it top to bottom. The pictures don’t capture what a beautiful home it is. Every terrace is a welcoming, cozy retreat. Kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of books, games and magazines there to entertain us. Living room is very comfortable. If I had one change I would make it would be to add a railing in the shower and by the toilet on the 3rd floor bedroom, which would have been ideal for my 88 year old mom who stayed there. A railing in the pool would have been ideal for the same reason. The pool area was otherwise perfect, with enough sun throughout the day for the sun lovers in our group, but also plenty of shaded areas for other others. Comfortable seating and lounge chairs throughout. Sato Real Estate responded immediately when we needed them. We have already booked the place for a 2 week stretch next year, and can’t wait to return. Thank you!!

Best location

You can’t beat the location of this house. This is perfect for a two family group. The pool, backyard area and balconies are fantastic. The furnishings are high quality. The only negative about this house is that the kitchen is on the third floor so you have to carry your groceries up a few flights of stairs.

Anna Maria Gem !

Wonderful house in a great location. Very easy beach access and pool gets good afternoon Sun protected from wind and very private. The bikes and beach equipment really helped make the experience easy. If you have kids and strollers this is a great location the stroll to shops, general store, donuts cofffee and crab shack for stone crab or sea food.

Graduation Celebration

The house was amazing. Ample space for everyone and beautifully decorated and comfortable. The outside pool space was a favorite of our group. The proximity to the beach was wonderful as well, just a short walk. We celebrated my son's HS graduation and hosted a family dinner one night and the house never felt over crowded. Hated to leave! :)

Fun family vacation

The location was perfect, we rented a golf cart to drive to the beach & around the island, & to the donut shop & shops nearby. Using the elevator to bring up groceries & luggage safed my husbands back from aching. The pool was so nice to cool off toward evening after a day at the beach. Grilling our fresh caught fish was nice & the grill easy to clean. All beds were comfortable, no complaints there but we all gathered upstairs & wished there were stairs leading down to the pool area with out going down to the second floor to go down or use the elevator. Sharing 2 bathrooms worked out although at times we wished for a third. The kitchen was well supplied, garbage can lid needed new batteries. There were broken slats in upper blind in upstairs bedroom & kitchen shutter arm on one shutter needs repair. Bathroom door latch entrance from hallway needs repair. All minor repairs but otherwise the home was in great order, decorated & lights so pretty. Our Moms nickname was Pete, we feel she kind of guided us there to a have a fun family vacation.

Pete's Place Anna Maria Island

Propery was located towards the north west side of the Island. Only a short block and a half to the beach on the west side and similar walk to shops and some restaurants. My family consistent of my wife, 5 year old and 3 year whom stayed at this house with another couple and their kids of similar age. House worked out great and we would look forward to booking again.

New Year Family Florida Trip

The house was lovely and the location was close to everything on the island. The pool area was really nice outside and perfect for the kids. The layout of the home allows for privacy if multiple families are staying. The second floor had three of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom on the second floor was very warm throughout the day so much so we went and purchased a fan to help us be able to stay. The rest of the second floor bedrooms were much cooler and the main floor AC seemed to cool down way better than the second floor unit. For those staying in the the warmer months I think this is something to be aware of. Overall great house with lots to offer for your vacation.

This home was even better than pictured. The owners have done several updates. Beautiful home. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Will definitely rent again.

Beautiful house

This house was perfect for my family and I, We had wonderful stay. The location was pretty close to the beach just 1 block. Just some issues with the cleaning because Some of the crockery were dirty also there were some rotten strawberries in the sink. The house has everything what you need in the kitchen, about the bathroom they only left one toilet paper in the main bathroom. Esta casa estuvo perfecta para mi y mi familia, tuvimos una maravillosa estancia. La ubicación estaba bastante cerca de la playa a sólo una manzana. La casa tiene una bonita decoración, la cocina queda en el 3 piso pero tiene un pequeño elevador. Algo que no me gusto fue algunos de los utensilios de cocina no estaban bien limpios también había algunas fresas podridas en el fregadero. La casa tiene todo lo que necesitas en la cocina, con respecto al baño deben considerar llevar papel higiénico ya que sólo dejaron un Rollo en el baño principal.

Excellent Family Getaway

My visit to Anna Maria Island was exactly what my family and I wanted it to be. A private pool home very close to the beach. Restaurants were within walking distance and the Pier is also right down the street. The home was very spacious for my group of 8 that enjoyed the home and look forward to coming back in the future.

Wonderful house !

The house looks better than the pictures, it is very beautiful and well furnished , the terraces are very comfortable, it has everything that you need in the kitchen and all bedrooms are super nice and clean. The beach access is Very near, just 2 min walk And pool is very nice. I will definitely come back to this house.
