The hutch - country house

Dependence on a farmhouse located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a dead end street, in a quiet and rural environment with terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.

The accommodation consists of a main room kitchen / living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a bed for 2, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a covered terrace.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a hood, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a toaster.

The owner, chef, can simulate dishes based on local and seasonal products, only by reservation.

At disposal: board games, books, Play Station 2 with games.

Outside: table, chairs and barbecue.
You have access to the garden.

The price includes bed linen and towels for 2 people.
Possibility to rent bed linen for the sofa bed for € 10 and towels for € 5 per additional person. Payment on arrival.

The household is the responsibility of the host.
Possibility to choose the cleaning fee with a supplement of 10 €, to be paid on arrival.
