Escape to six breathtaking acres perched above Lake Travis in the heart of Texas Hill Country. Three private cabins, an infinity-edge resort pool, panoramic canyon and lake views, and an outdoor sound system, all yours, with zero neighbors in sight.

Whether you're planning a family reunion, a milestone celebration, or just a long overdue getaway with people you love, this property was built from the ground up to be a vacation paradise. It sleeps up to 24 guests comfortably!

THE OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE
The crown jewel is the resort-style infinity-edge pool overlooking Lake Travis, guests consistently call it breathtaking. Surrounding the pool is a 1,000 sq ft deck with a large wood-burning in-ground fire pit, perfect for evenings under a sky full of stars (no city lights out here). The main cabin deck adds another 1,000 sq ft with a full outdoor kitchen, gas fire pit, and a 28-person dining table. This is where the memories happen.

THE CABINS
All three cabins sit in close proximity to each other, each with its own large deck and stunning views. You rent the entire property, cabins are never rented separately.
Cabin 1 (Main Cabin): Two bedrooms, each with a King bed. Full bathroom. Large deck with outdoor kitchen, gas fire pit, and the 28-person dining table.

Cabins 2 & 3: Identical floor plans. Two bedrooms, each with a Queen bunkbed (sleeps 2 per bed), plus a loft with a King bed. Full bathroom per cabin. Please note: the loft is accessible only by a tall, steep ladder, not suitable for young children, elderly guests, or anyone with mobility concerns.

Cabin 3 highlight: Our most popular cabin, literally carved out of solid rock to capture the best views on the property. Same layout as Cabin 2. Note: Cabin 3 does not have a TV, but has full Starlink WiFi, as do all three cabins.

PLEASE NOTE - ACCESSIBILITY:
The terrain between cabins and down to the pool involves steep hillside stairs (handrails provided). A flatter, alternate route between the cabins is also available. Please contact the owner if you have guests with mobility limitations and we'll make sure you're set up for a comfortable stay. We do not recommend this property for families with guests who cannot safely navigate stairs.

LAKE TRAVIS WATER LEVELS - PLEASE READ
Lake Travis water levels naturally fluctuate based on rainfall and regional water usage. When levels are high, our large covered boat dock is in the water and available for swimming, fishing, and boat storage. When levels are low due to drought, the dock may not be in the water and the riverbed may be dry. The views remain spectacular either way.
For current lake levels before your trip, visit hydromet.lcra.org or message the owner directly, especially if you're bringing boats or watercraft. Boat ramp access is available a few miles away at LCRA Gloster Bend Park.

HEATED POOL
The pool can be heated to bathwater-like temperatures in cooler months for an additional fee (paid in advance; fee varies based on propane costs). Please check current weather conditions with the owner before your trip. The owner reserves the right to advise against heating if weather conditions make for a poor experience.

JACUZZI
A jacuzzi is located on the patio of Cabin 1. The owner reserves the right to advise against use during harsh weather conditions.

PARKING
Circular driveway with ample parking for the whole group. Please note: party buses, charter buses, large trucks, and oversized vehicles are not permitted on the property. Contact the owner if you're unsure whether your vehicle qualifies.

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT NOTES
1) Minimum renter age: 25
2) No underage drinking; no unauthorized large parties
3) Guest groups of 18 or more overnight guests will be charged the VRBO standard rate of $100 per additional guest (this applies to overnight guests, not daytime visitors)
4) Guest groups above 24 must inform the owner in advance
5) Event use (weddings, parties, etc.) requires prior owner agreement and may incur additional fees

CLEANING & SAFETY STANDARDS
The property is professionally cleaned between every stay. We use a detailed checklist covering all surfaces, fixtures, door handles, and bathrooms. Linens and towels are bleached and washed with every turnover and stored in a clean, locked environment. The pool is professionally maintained with correct chemical levels year-round.
