With a total area of 300m2 on a plot of 4.000m2 with a 4 x 14m swimming pool, the villa can accommodate 12 people, ideal for couples with children.
On the ground floor: a large single room includes the living room and an American kitchen of very good standing, fully equipped.
In the two storage rooms annexed to the kitchen, there are: a washing machine, a dryer and an additional fridge.
The ground floor is equipped with WC, a modern Italian shower and a bedroom for 2 people.
The living room opens onto a beautiful teak and grass terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea.
On the 1st floor, there are 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms with Italian shower and WC.
The main double bedroom is equipped with a large connecting bathroom, a small private teak balcony with access to the garden and views of Klimaki beach.
Double rooms 1 and 2 open onto a beautiful terrace with plunging sea views.
A 30m2 bedroom with direct access to the garden at the back of the house has up to 5 beds including 1 bunk bed (ideal for children).
A friendly poolhouse is located by the pool.
The villa has air conditioning and a BBQ.

Other remarks:

It is helpful to have a car on site, but an airport transfer with a 9-seat minivan can be arranged.

The ground floor consists of a large single room (surrounded by large glass windows) that simultaneously includes the living room and an American kitchen (of very good quality and fully equipped)
There are two annex stockrooms to the kitchen which include the following: a washing machine, a dryer and an extra fridge.
The ground floor also includes one bathroom (with a modern Italian shower) and a bedroom for two people.
The living room opens up to a beautiful terrace / patio made of teck and grass overlooking the Aegean Sea.
On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (that each include both Italian showers and WC).
The main double room has a large connecting bathroom, a small private teck balcony and has access to the back of the garden with a view on the ocean and Klimaki beach.
Two other rooms are double rooms that include a beautiful terrasse that overlooks the sea.
The fourth room has an area of 30m2 with a direct access to the back garden. It includes 5 beddings which 2 of them are organized in a bunkbed. It is an deal bedroom for children.
There is a friendly pool house situated next to the pool.
