Welcome to the paradise of Do!

You will stay in a luxury, comfortable villa, facing the sea and the Kite Surf area, on the edge of fifty geometric steps. The bedroom is air conditioned, the bed is large, there is private and secure parking for your car. My accommodation is perfect for couples or single people who come to visit Guadeloupe, or people who travel for their business (Jarry area next door).

Housing
The room at your disposal is on the first floor of the villa. It includes a dressing room, a bathroom with bath, sink and private toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as toiletries. You also have bath sheets. The bed is made upon arrival.
The bedroom opens onto a large 28 m2 terrace which overlooks the sea with a breathtaking 180-degree view.
From your room and the terrace, you can admire the Petit Cul de Sac Marin, the view of Marie-Galante, the Soufriere and its mountain range, and on a clear day Dominica.
The house is on the edge of fifty geometric steps.
The garden is very flowery and animated by many birds, including hummingbirds, sugar bowls, checkered capuchins ... a gate gives access to the sea. The bay is popular with pelicans, frigates and various sea and migratory birds. The house is often lulled by the sound of the waves.
The site is in the heart of the island, therefore close to the tourist sites of Grande Terre and Basse Terre, and all the amenities (supermarket 5 minutes away).
You will understand, I want to share with you this place where life is good!

Travelers access
Access is open to all common areas of the house, the garden, the swimming pool (swimming pool of the residence), access to the sea.
A large living room welcomes you on the ground floor; it also opens onto an extended terrace of a large deck shaded by a pergola. It is here that you will have the opportunity to have breakfast, surrounded by birds.
The swimming pool is beautiful and large in the middle of a tropical garden. The water is delicious ...
You also have a large TV screen, Wifi internet (Numéricable), unlimited telephone with access to more than 40 destinations.

Interaction with travelers
I live in the villa but I am not there every day. In addition, I work. When I am present, I am very discreet. I offer the possibility of exchanging with me in order to provide the indications which can allow to make the most of the stay on our beautiful island.
I adapt according to my hosts.
I can pick you up at the airport if you wish, and help you with your visits to the island, which I know well since I settled there in 1990.
I can also offer you personalized excursions, including the visit of the Grand Cul de Sac Marin by boat (Saturday or possibly Sunday).

Breakfast can be served on request for an additional € 6 per person. You can then enjoy fresh bread, exotic fruit jams, tropical fruits (sometimes from the garden) ... and you will have hot drinks thanks to a Dolce Gusto pod machine (coffee, tea, chocolate ...).
If you wish, I can also offer you Creole type dishes at prices between 15 € and 20 €.

The district
The neighborhood is residential and also includes local shops, a pharmacy, restaurants.

transport network
Public transport is about 200 meters from the house.
It is better to have a vehicle to visit Guadeloupe.
I provide you with private and secure parking for your car.
