The Water's Edge is the perfect vacation home for you! Look around, this is a fully equipped home. Outdoor eating, gas grill with lots of floor space for entertaining.

Whether you are a scalloping, a fisherman, or a sun worshiper, The Water's Edge has it all. Be wowed by The Water's Edge open floor plan that provides unparalleled views of the canal from almost every room in the house! Enjoy the large living room with fireplace, plenty of seating, stunning cathedral ceilings, and multiple sliding glass doors that lead out to two decks that overlook the canal. Descend the deck's wide stairways and sunbathe in one of the many comfortable lounge chairs by the pool, or relax and take a dip in the hot tub! Enjoy the sunset from the elevated deck under the lanai or walk out to the 30 foot private dock. With direct Gulf access and a deep water canal, bring your boat too! The public boat launch is only walking distance away from The Water's Edge. Enjoy grilling? Barbecue with a view from the barbecue deck complete with its own table and chairs. The Water's Edge also has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and bar stools. It is the perfect location to prepare the catch of the day, brew a fresh cup of coffee, or mix your favorite drink.
The Water's Edge comfortably sleeps up to 6 while providing plenty of room to relax, mingle and stretch out. There are three bedrooms and a large reading area/office with balcony that overlooks the main floor. The master bedroom is located on the main floor while the other two guest bedrooms are located on the top floor with their own full bath. The upstairs bedrooms are easily accessed by ascending a spiral staircase from the main floor.

Aside from its top-notch accommodations, the Water's Edge provides bikes and kayaks to fuel your adventurous spirit! Take a relaxing bike ride around the neighborhood or paddle through the many breathtaking canals and take in the scenery. If you love fishing, there is no need to leave the house! Enjoy fishing right off the dock.
The Water's Edge is located minutes from seven excellent local restaurants, most of which have tiki bars, live music, and all of which are pet friendly. Craving seafood? Hernando Beach's local restaurants have grouper, scallops, shrimp, calamari and more! Restaurants offer a variety of excellent food from the land and the sea - you name it, they've got it! If you'd rather cook your own seafood delicacies, Trader Bay Seafood has all you need to create an exceptional meal. The house is stunning, very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.The pool/spa were a big hit every day and the fishing right from the dock was enjoyable!Communication with the owner was great and check in/out was simple. Hernando beach is a great place to visit if “relaxing” is on your itinerary! We would definitely recommend this house!

Great stay, very nice restaurants in the area, pool and hot tub were great. Host communication was exceptional. Fishing off the dock, caught channel cat, a very big blue crab and eel.

Whacky spring weather went from hot to cold overnight, but the heated pool and spa still gave us hours and hours of fun!! Cabin is close to everything you could ever want to do in this area. Cabin has every single solitary amenity you could ever need. 2 seniors, an 11 year old and 7 year old had a blast!!! Your family will too.

The home was beautiful inside and out. Linens, furniture, dishware, and amenities were wonderful. With the exception of the stairs. They shake and have loose wood edges that caught on my shoes a few times. Someone with physical limitations (we do not) may struggle. The home is in a beautiful area with plenty to see, do, eat out and in and beyond. Kayak were not used due lack of confidence in putting them in on this dock. Hot tub, pool, decks, seating (except a sun lounger said the wife..) was perfect. Ed was great in communication and we will definitely come back to the area and home.

Pleasant stay with family in Florida

The house was excellent for our Christmas visit with our son and his family in Florida. The house worked perfectly for us and Ed, the owner, was extremely helpful during our stay. We are looking forward to returning sometime in the future.

We spent 5 nights and had a great time. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The dock was great and we kept our boat in the water the entire time giving us direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. The owner made the rental very easy.

Very nice property

Great vacation!

Beautiful well maintained home! We had a great relaxing vacation! We enjoyed relaxing by the pool , cooking out on the grill. We also enjoyed the many great restaurants and bars on the beach. We look forward to staying here again!

Relaxing stay

We had an amazing stay at Ed's house. The house has everything you could possibly need for the week. We loved the hot tub and pool and spent most of our time there. It was very quiet but close to great restaurants, kayaking, grocery stores etc.. will definitely consider renting again.

Relaxing escape!

Gorgeous getaway

This place was a little slice of heaven for the family and I. We had so much fun having access to a pool and it really made it special for the kiddos. Having the dock on the canal was a nice touch for some intermittent fishing too. I would 10/10 visit this site again!

Great Boating Getaway

The location is so convenient with parks, a marina and restaurants close by. Having the bikes available was an extra bonus. Easy channel access to get out and start your water adventure and you can finish the day off soaking in the hot tub. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay

Just got home from a long weekend stay. Fantastic house with all the amenities of home. We loved how close the house was to the boat ramp and how quickly we were out in the channel. The kayaks were a nice bonus and coming in after a long day on the water for a dip in the pool was the best! Will definitely stay again!

Great retreat

Well maintained home; owner was responsive to questions and resolved an issue with the pool quickly. Kitchen nicely equipped. Appreciated and used the kayaks and bikes provided. The time went by too fast!!

Great Home

Very nice relaxing home. Owner was very responsive to questions and home was well described in ad. Pool and hot tub was a plus. Location is close to everything but very quiet at night. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our time here. Having the pool available and outside seating was very nice. The location worked great for us as we have family and friends who live in Spring Hill. Communication with the owner was great. We will be back!
