This very popular 16 unit (1200 sq. ft.) complex is located across the street from the gulf with easy beach access and a private boardwalk. Palms North offers its guests a community pool. You’ll also enjoy the new bike path that runs along Scenic 30-A, and you can even request a rental bike to be delivered to your unit. Palms North is close to shopping, restaurants, and Gulf Place Town Center. Palms North is simply a great vacation spot at an unbeatable price!

7 night minimum during Spring Break and Summer season (Saturday - Saturday).

Great location

Great condo for kids! Comfortable beds and on the first floor with pool right outside the door. Short walk to the beautiful beach! Highly recommend!

Quaint place, great location to ocean

We had a great time at Palms North. The location of the condo is literally across the street from the beach and that made the trip! The condo was spacious and comfortable. We sat on the screened porch every morning and it was perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot

The property was perfectly located across from the beach access. It was well appointed and very clean. Everything we wanted for our stay was there. Communication with the property management company was easy and clear check in and check out instructions were provided. We will definitely be back!

Our family will use 3A again in the future. 3A on 30A. Can't get any more magical than that!

Jan, the owner, and Dolphin, the rental managers, are very professional yet friendly. We've been holding family reunions at Dune Allen for 60 years. 3A is a wonderful nest to return to at the end of a beach filled day.

Perfect!

Great location!...quiet area across from the best beach on 30A...Dune Allen beaches are not only beautiful but also less crowded plus the water is always clear...the condo has large rooms, a screened porch which goes directly out to the pool which is well maintained and contains everything you could possibly need for your vacation including beach chairs, sand toys, inner tube, boogie board...kitchen is also well stocked...it was a very enjoyable transition to our new home in Inlet Beach

Location is EXCELLENT!!!

Last week we stayed at this property for first time. The location is Fantastic! Walk right across the beach to the street!! Jan (owner) sent us a detailed email with area recommendations when I inquired. The 30A area is VERY BEAUTIFUL!! We fully enjoyed ourselves. We loved that the neighborhood was quiet and you can easily walk (.5 mi) to shops and restaurants via path beside the road or from the beach :) Loved driving down 30A to explore the other beach towns. Would certainly return.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Worn. Needs updating. Furniture in living room not comfortable for watching TV. Pantry/cabinets so full we had nowhere to put our food. Plus side, Beds were comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place very close to the beach. Beach access right across the street. Beach is private for this location and location across the street. Not crowded at all. Our family loved this place and would recommend. We would definitely come back.Very clean, brand new frig, brand new dishwasher, plenty of room for a family of 4. Beds were very comfortable. Great washing machine and dryer, AC was great. Plenty of kitchen items to use while cooking. If you love to exercise the sidewalks are full of people morning and evening walking, running and biking. If you need something small there is a very nice gas station right next door you can walk too. I can't say more great things about this place.

Great stay & find.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was a great location with beach and bike entrance across the street and on 30a. We had no problems being fully stocked with kitchen needs and towels. I read where the couches weren’t comfortable but we had no problem with them. The condo a/c gets chilly at night but we loved that after a hot day at the beach so if you get chilly easily... bring sweats. Also invest in ear plugs for the neighbors above you... sometimes you never know who will be there but it had no effect on our use and amenities of this condo. It was great having the convenience of beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us esp during the holiday week. We had an easy stay in this space for a crazy holiday week. Thanks again!

Overall Great Stay

We had a very nice stay at Jan's condo. She was so nice to work with, and her condo is so well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. The main TV had problems freezing up on us at times, but overall such a nice place to stay in a quiet location. I think the only thing I would change is the sofas, which seem a bit worn out and kind of uncomfortable. The pool was very nice out back, and the walk to the beach was just across the street, and easy. Really like Dune Allen, and would like to come back again.

Love this condo!

This was our fourth time at this condo and we still love it just as much as we did the first time we stayed. Clean, has all the amenities you need, well stocked, and close to the beach. This condo has four beach chairs, umbrella, and plenty of sand toys. Can’t wait to get back next year!

Best of Everything

This place had it all from the affordable price to the spacious condo to the crystal clear ocean. 60 second walk to the private boardwalk is all. Spent every morning in the porch with coffee and newspaper to start the day. Fun things to do, good restaurants to even walk to. We can’t say enough. Don’t pass this place by but just don’t book when we want it again!

Great condo. Love the location.

This is our second time to stay in this condo. We like the location as it’s directly across the street from a beach access and right next to pool. The king size bed is very comfortable in master bedroom. The AC works great. Kitchen well equipped for family meals. We love the screened in back porch. We like that the condo area is quiet!

Great Vacation

This condo is wonderful. We have stayed in this unit 3 times. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need. There is free WiFi and an enclosed screened patio that is right next to the pool entrance. Designated parking spot right outside your door with gated lot. There is a shower at the pool and on the beach access point to rinse off. The other renters in the complex are always polite and thoughtful in regards to noise and keeping the pool area tidy. There’s a large open lawn area to play on in the rear of the building equipped with charcoal grills. Not too crowded with many businesses within walking distance! Great stay! Thanks for having us!

Amazing condo!

This was our second stay in Palms North 3a. This is our favorite condo that we have stayed in and will continue to do so in the future. Condo is clean, up to date, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Tropical Storm Alberto made land fall on Memorial Day, we were expecting a wash out, but to our surprise it was just a little rain and wind. Our storms back in TN seem so much worse. We did learn to disregard whatever the weather channel says. It said rain and thunderstorms every day for a week straight (80-100%) but ended up with very little rain and a lot of sunshine. Look up local news stations to get more accurate weather. We almost didn’t come because of it, so glad we did though. Can’t wait to come back next year! Thank you Jan for sharing your awesome condo with us! Few tips for travelers: don’t bother bringing chairs, there are at least four beach chairs in the condo, plenty of sand toys, umbrella and nets.

Short but Sweet!

Was only able to stay just a few days but oh my gosh it was amazing! Hit a very warm week for this time of year. Water was so clear, very private beach area and was so glad for the private boardwalk that not only took just few steps BUT also had a shower to rinse off. Was fun exploring all the restaurants and sports bars in the area many even in walking distance. Saw a gorgeous wedding on the beach too. We are coming back!

Condo great ... cable not!

Hi Jan! Everything was fine ... EXCEPT for the cable! May I suggest if you are going to rent during football season, to upgrade your package to include the SEC network. While there were some SEC channels on the line-up they did not work and we were not able to access them. We were trying to watch the Auburn game but could not because of this.

Perfect!!!

We use to come to Desttin every year, but decided last year to give 30a a try and we fell in love with the area. We stayed at BlueMountain Beach last year but decided to stay closer to 98 this time. And we are so glad that we did, we have found our new favorite condo. We could not have asked for a better location. We were literally 30 seconds away from the beach, you can see the ocean from the reserved parking space. The pictures of this condo do not do it justice, and you will not be disappointed to stay here. The condo is very spacious and open , great beachy decor, very clean and spotless, has everything you could possibly need, comfortable beds, seconds away from the beach, sand toys and beach chairs for you to use, and Dolphin Developers was so easy to work with. The owner (Jan) was very quick to respond to questions and easy to work with. Great prices! The location was perfect. Close enough to Destin but away from the crowds. In Destin the beaches usually have 3-4 rows of people, but at Dune Allen you have no more than one row and you're spaced out. Our favorite place to eat is Donut Hole and we were about 5 minutes away. Best donuts you will ever eat!!! The chocolate angels are to die for. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner food is wonderful and very affordable. We also tried out a place called South of Philly, just off of 30a, about 5 minutes from the condo. We read great reviews and decided to give it a try. Best Philly Cheesesteak you will ever eat! It's like the real deal. And we quickly realized this was a local favorite. We can't wait to come back next year. Thank you Mika family for sharing your beautiful condo with us!
