Yes, we were completely destroyed by Hurricane Ian, but we are being fully restored, back and better!
Our condo is a main floor beach front unit, so you simply walk out the lanai and you are steps from the pool, spa, BBQ grills and of course, the beach! And no having to lug your suitcases or beach toys up and down the elevator. The condo has been completely remodeled with new furniture, appliances and new floor plan! The kitchen is complete with anything you need to prepare meals if you decide not to take advantage of any of the wonderful restaurants within 5 minutes of EBC. The bedrooms and baths are complete with sheets and towels, so you only need your personal items for a wonderful vacation.


Reservations are Saturday-Saturday and exceptions are made on a case by case basis.

This is paid directly to the rental office and submitted with your signed Rental Agreement.

Full payment is due 60 days before arrival.
Full refund if cancelled 60 days before arrival.
This condo accommodates 4 guests
Primary renter must be over 25 years old.
No smoking or pets of any kind.
$750 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who smokes or brings an animal of any kind into this condominium.
Housekeepers and management immediately report evidence of pets or smoke.
