2 bd villa, pet friendly in Messinia with sea view. Family-friendly and quiet.

Our spacious villa is three-story high and eighty (80) square meter. It is located on the small natural port of dialiskari, just two km away from the small village of Marathopoli in Messinia, where you can find everything you are going to need during your stay.
On the ground floor there is in an open plan space, the fully equipped kitchen, the living room and the indoor dining area. On the patio, there is the outdoor dining area. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, a big bathroom with shower and a balcony with an outdoor sitting area. In the attic, on the second floor, there is a bedroom with two twins beds and a W.C.
High quality linen and towels are provided. So does the toilet paper,
shampoo and hand soap as well as dish soap.
Housekeeping services are provided free of charge and also cleaning and ironing services with an extra charge.

PLEASE NOTE

in the land, there are also five other houses next to you. You book an independent house but you will have other guests in the other houses. You share the garden, outdoor pool, playground and the bbq facilities.

- Respect the other guests.
- Please don't throw papers in the toilet
- Don't take the towels to the beach
- Please don't throw food/oil/etc in the sink
- If something is broken please inform us
-We only allow one pet per property and always ask beforehand.

POOL RULES

-NO VISITORS are allowed
-under no circumstance any child should left alone to the pool
-Always close the gate behind you
-Before entering the water take a shower
-No drinking at the pool
-No glass
-No diving (shallow waters)
-No running around
-No pets allowed
-PLEASE keep in mind that it is an outdoor pool that we clean every morning. There might be leaves, insects or other things during the day.

PET RULES

-no dogs without a leash left at the garden
-be careful there might be other dogs in the property
-There are stray dogs in the area
-No animal should left at the house without your presence. Only at a crate.
-All animals must be vaccinated and properly taken care of
-Don't bring animals without informing us
-Please the dog should poop outside of the property and always take care of it.

NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED

Also, please be aware that the washing machine and the bbq are common, so be prepared that someone else might use it and you might need to clean the bbq.
BBQ: you may need coil and ask for the tools

Once per week the gardener is coming

BEACH

-Is NOT private
-due to the weather maybe the water or the coast not be clean. It is not our responsibility, we can't clean it. It is illegal in Greece.
-It is shallow. Perfect for infants. Has sand on the coast. You must pass some rocks to go to the deep.
-There is another rocky entrance to the beach next to our property. Ask us about it.
-There is another small sandy beach 1km away (barlas beach)

There are a lot of common areas in the property and because there are outdoors you may need to clean them
Cleaning lady comes in specific hours. Usually 12:00-18:00
If you need something or something in the house is not working please contact me before your departure. I would be more than happy to assist you. Please keep in mind that during summer we have guest after guest and maybe some things the previous guest did not inform us PRIOR his departure and we didn't have the chance to replace it, for example batteries, light bulbs etc.
If you only mention it in your review you don't give us the chance to help you make your stay more comfortable.

last:
The houses are next to each other. There are 6 houses in total. The house next to our property has many dogs. There are a few houses around. It is a very private location. There is a small church next to our property. It is open only three times per year 14/08, 15/08 and sometime during September. This days you will hear the church.
The road at the end is narrow with olive trees around and the last 500m a little bit rough (not asphalt).
There are stairs.
The bedroom on the first floor is open, the second bedroom in the attic has door.
The house is three storey high.
The pool is seasonal. April and November is closed.
We have restaurant, cafeteria and mini Market delivery but maybe in high season don't work so well.
In Greece we don't throw the papers in the toilet.
Also, the electrical plates are slower than the gas. If you want to make pasta use the kettle for the water.

ALWAYS take out the electricity card when you leave the house. Don't worry the fridge is working without it.

And last but not least:
We are on the countryside. Birds are flying all around. There might be stains during the stay in the balconies. We clean it but we can't control them. There might be bugs.
We have pest control every month but we can't fight nature
