Very clean and great location to walk to Kings Street. Some of the bedrooms just need drawer space but beds were all very comfy. The host was very accommodating with early check in and late checkout which was very helpful. Loved celebrating our bride to be in Charleston. Had a great time!

Beautiful - great location

Felt like we were always only 1 mile from everything. It was nicely stocked and as pretty as it looks in the pictures. Sheets were cozy and bed was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location

We stayed here for a girls trip to Charleston. The location was great and the property was well stocked and nicely furnished. It was easy to get an Uber from here. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property

We had initially booked another unit, however, there was an AC issue. They suggested to move us which we were fine with. The home was BEAUTIFUL, updated and clean and close proximity to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Easy walk to King Street, great location. Not great for light sleepers you can hear everything downstairs but that’s just my luck. Overall place is great.

Cannon Greene Wedding 2022

Our daughter got married at Cannon Greene, which is right beside this beautiful home. With 8 bedrooms and 8 baths it was perfect for our family. Highly Recommend!!!!!!!

Wonderful stay

4 couples with plenty of room. Having own bedroom and own bathroom is a definite plus and even a half bath. Kitchen/living space was bigger than we thought. We also got a lot of use of the front porch. A little too far (for us) to walk to the downtown, no problem at all getting Uber. Would definitely recommend this property.

Exceptional property for a group getaway!

The property was beyond our expectations and made our trip!! What beautiful accommodations and perfectly situated in the city. We were able to walk everywhere from our house and the owners went out of their way to make sure we found the perfect dining options as there were so many top restaurants and delicious casual spots in the area. They thought of every detail when designing the space and each bedroom was equally beautiful and comfy! Along with the decor, the beds, pillows, and linens were even top notch. The property was amazing for our large group and it was so perfect to have everyone in our own private space. We hope to be back soon!

Great location, cute place

The location was just right - walkable to most everywhere we wanted to go. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well decorated and nice. The showers were delightful! The photos on VRBO are not of this unit though, and it does not have the number of king beds nor bathrooms that it claims. We did appreciate that the property management team called us the week of our stay to let us know that the # of bathrooms was misrepresented online, and it wasn't a huge issues because of the size of our group (3 adult couples), but it could have been had there been more of us.

Quaint and Convenient

The property was several blocks to King Street and by the Dash Bus pick up. The neighborhood was clean and felt safe. There is a wedding venue next Doo in the back, but created no problems,as there was a police car out front the whole time. The beds were very comfortable and each room had a bathroom.There were a few issues that are being addressed.

Fabulous spot for exploring and eating your way across Charleston!

Ourselves and three other couples rented the property for a weeks stay to explore and eat our way across Charleston. This property is very well accomodated and is great as each bedroom has an on suite bath! Perfect for our group of friends who frequently travel together! The property is only a couple blocks from King Street and within walking distance of so many great neighborhood restaurants. Because it is located off the main drag the property is quiet. We loved the front covered porch where we could hang out fGuest House Charleston were very quick to answer any questions I had prior to and during our stay! I would highly recommend this property! Fabulous

The house is just beautiful! The location is great. I know everyone was saying the parking was tight but you could park on the street in the front of the home. Everything was fabulous the location, the beds, the Communication when I texted about the parking, it was easy to get in the home with codes. And my daughter left something behind and they mailed it to us. The house was very comfortable and cool. We will book again thanks again!

Convenient but not quite as it looks in the pictures

This house was conveniently located and within walking distance of many places in downtown Charleston. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and seemed clean. However, the den furniture needed to be cleaned desperately or possibly even replaced. Also, one of the bedrooms had nothing but a small bedside table in it. There was plenty of room for a small dresser and mirror. It would have made getting ready in that room much easier. It was nice having bathrooms in each bedroom. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly.

Perfect Charleston Group Stay

Look no further - just stay here! This place is perfect for a getaway in Charleston with a group. The location is top notch, in a cute neighborhood within walking distance to many of the best restaurants and shops. Every bedroom is comfortable and spacious, and the bathrooms are up-to-date and beautiful. It was the perfect house for 4 couples to have our own space and enjoy being together in the common room / kitchen. The house has everything you would need, and the outdoor patios are a great plus. Also ample parking! I also would be remiss to not shout out the hosts of this property. The check-in/check-out is so easy, and they were so responsive with any questions I had. I actually left a very important possession at the home, and the host mailed it to me the next day. They are awesome and I would absolutely stay here or at any of their properties again!

Beautiful Property and Great Location

We had a group of 7 adults stay in this property and had a great visit. For many of us, it was our first time to Charleston and it was a great location to explore from. It's a little bit far from the main attractions (~30 minute walk), but we were close to fun bars and restaurants and a short Uber from the main part of the city. It was actually nice to be a little removed from the full tourist section downtown because the surrounding area was very pretty and less congested. We also reached out to the property to see if we could drop bags early and they were very responsive and let us actually check in early, which really allowed us to make the most of our first day. We also had some momentary confusion trying to get in (definitely user error) and when I called, I got a prompt response from a very friendly woman who had all of our information already pulled up. The rooms were very comfortable, especially the beds. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and drinking coffee in the morning and hung out in the living room in between activities. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses and utensils. Great experience overall. Our whole group was really pleasantly surprised by how nice the stay was.

Clean and Convenient

A large group of us went for a wedding at Cannon Green which is right next door. There were four adult couples and an 8 month old baby. The place was great as we all had our own bedrooms with an en suite bath. The house is literally right next door to the venue which was perfect for us. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We needed a crib for the baby and they gave us contact information for a place to rent one - they were great - they came in and set it up before we got there and then came and took it away. All done online with absolutely no hassle. The hosts were very communicative, quickly answering any questions we had. My only criticism is you can tell this place was a quick flip for rental purposes. There were a few quirky things that really didn't impact our stay but were definitely noticeable. There must have been a leak from either the dishwasher or fridge because there was damage to the floor which they just kind of patched with a piece of wood. Also, the dishwasher was missing the bottom panel and some of the cabinets didn't open or close properly. Again, none of it a big deal except we had a baby crawling around so we had to be extra vigilant (not that we wouldn't have been anyway) when she was heading towards the kitchen. Overall, I highly recommend if you're visiting with family or a large group.

Short stay in Charleston

We enjoyed our 2.5 days in Charleston. This flat was not only well appointed and comfortable, it was located in an absolutely fantastic part of town. We were able to walk the streets of Charleston and see so many of the historical sites of this charming city. We also took the short drive to Folly beach and enjoyed a wonderful coastal day. This was a great experience all around.

Charming!

Perfect location for the wedding we were attending in downtown Charleston... We were able to walk to the rehearsal dinner, the wedding and enjoy several restaurants and shopping throughout our stay. The home was very clean and comfortable; our group of two families all enjoyed our stay there.
