This spacious cabin is the perfect place for your next big family retreat. You'll enjoy the feel of a cozy cabin in each themed room. Out on the furnished patio, you can relax and take in the gorgeous view of the lake while dinner sizzles away on the grill. The upper deck is the ideal place to wind down the day with your favorite beverage and another breathtaking lake view.

The lake is close by for swimming, fishing, boating, or just hanging at the beach! You'll also be close to hiking, ATV, and snowmobiling trails. For the golfer, Bear Lake West Golf Course is just four miles to the south. When you're done, Cooper's Restaurant & Sports Bar is nearby for dinner and drinks. And while you're in the area, Garden City is nearby with numerous places to get a famous raspberry milkshake!

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved staying here. It got our family out of the hustle of the local city and tourists. It was about midway between the 2 beaches and we went to both during our stay. It had what we needed for our stay.

Beautiful view of the lake! Nice area! Home was open and spacious for the whole family. Was very Clean, comfortable beds. Had plenty of towels and shampoo provided. Enjoyed the fire pit and the grill! Would definitely stay there again.

Overall the property was as expected. The host/owner should replace mattresses in all rooms. The dishwasher did not work & needs to be replaced. If we were to come in the winter time we would not be able to stay here due to the driveway being dirt. The view & location was beautiful.

Such a fun getaway!

This property was the perfect home for our little getaway with some friends and our kids. The view was amazing! The home was fully stocked with anything we could need and it was super clean! Definitely going to come back again next year!

The view was very beautiful. The cabin is a little ways out of town in a very nice neighborhood. The inside is a little outdated, but still very nice. We did have some problems with catching our feet on their throw rugs and people tripping on them. The edges of them just never would stay down. And the carpet is very dingy and leaves your socks dirty. All the carpets could use a good cleaning. We did find some dirty coffee cups and dirty silverware. So we just made sure we washed all the dishes prior to using them. which you should do anyway. Other than that, the cabin is in a very good location, very close to the lake and both towns. Our host were excellent. I would highly recommend renting from them.

Nice place to visit Bear Lake

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was close enough to the lake and Garden City to be a comfortable drive to either. The main bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. It is was lumpy, squeaky and every time you roll over your spouse will feel like they rolled over too. The kitchen was well equipped with the tools and appliances needed for all our meals. We ate most of our meals there. There is an A/C unit and it works. I know from some of the reviews I read I was nervous about that, but it worked great for us. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. There is a nice big table for meals and we enjoyed eating at the outdoor patio table as well. The dishwasher wasn’t working during our stay but the staff was quick to respond to our requests for help. Hopefully it will be fixed or replaced for the next guest.

Moose Lodge Retreat

The home is very nice and the views are spectacular. The home was stocked with all the amenities I expected. The only complaint I has was that the two gas fireplaces were not operational. I tried unsuccessfully to contact the owner/property manager to see how we could turn them on. I sent two messages and both went unanswered.

Arachnids, Bugs and Yuk

Killed 10 quarter sized Brown Recluse spiders, cleaned the bathroom before we could use it and then no toilet paper to be found. Next was the 1-1/2 lbs of raw bacon rotting in the kitchen drawer. I felt bad for the TP delivery guy who had to drive over an hour to deliver TP.

Great Location for North Beach

The house is what we expected. There is no Air Conditioning which we were worried about, but we all seemed to be fine with the fans they provided, the ceiling fans and the windows open at night. The driveway is quite steep. We parked our boat in the culdesac below the cabin. We were very comfortable, the kitchen was great. We had a group of 12, there are only beds to accommodate 10. it worked out Ok, with 2 grandkids sleeping on the couch and loveseat. Bring your own sleeping bags and pillows for 2, if you have 12 people.

Disappointment

We were definitely disappointed when we got to the property. The cleanliness was definitely below what we’ve come to expect from short term rentals. Mouse traps right next to the bed, who wants to see that. Cockroach traps all over the house. Tons of spiders and bugs. Dishwasher didn’t seem like it actually cleaned dishes. Overall it was a pretty disappointing experience.

If I could give zero stars...

This rental is in need of repair, a deep clean and some attention to detail. Upon entering the home the first thing we noticed is there are mouse traps all over in plain sight, which is not only unpleasant but also not safe for small children who could easily touch them. The house didn't meet basic expectations of cleanliness. We found garbage under our bed from the people previous. We were constantly killing spiders and bugs, I saw more bugs inside than out. The bathroom on the main floor always stinks, we looked around and it is coming from under the sink. It is obvious the management is aware of this issue as they have an odor absorber placed in the cabinet to try and hide it. There is mildew/mold on the shower curtain.There is a hole in the bathroom wall that instead of being repaired as been stuffed with tissue. I would not consider the kitchen fully stocked. All the light bulbs in the fixture above the table were out but 1. There is a sign by the thermostat that requests keeping the AC set above 70 degrees so it doesn't freeze up, however there is NO AC unit hooked up to the house. So confusing. The fan in the upstairs loft doesn't work which is important with how warm the house gets. They don't have blinds on the windows on east side of the home and it warms up quickly in the morning and makes it hard to sleep. They had a few floor fans in the home but it was not sufficient to keep it comfortable. We were very hot at night and it made it difficult to sleep. One of the most frustrating parts of renting this cabin was the lack of communication and inconsistent information from the management company. We called and emailed before our trip and received no response or a delayed canned response. The morning of our check out as we were loading our cars and tidying the house the cleaning crew came to the door a few minutes after 10am telling us to leave so it could be cleaned. I told them that when I booked the home the check out time listed was 11am. He proceeded to walk past me to enter the home and tell me he was going to call his manager due to my attitude. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Check in and check out were to be no person to person contact. I would not stay here again or recommend it anyone.

Beautiful Fun Getaway

Some old friends and I stayed here as a reunion of sorts in early November, so it was quite cold outside, luckily no snow yet but the lake was closed. Given the time of year we stayed, we spent most of our time within the cabin, and we had a great experience. Very spacious, very cozy, stocked with every cooking utensil we needed and many more, stocked with entertaining board games, the Cable TV was awesome (we were able to watch the world series, NFL games, movies and more). Also loved the decor. Why I didn't give 5 stars: 1. Pretty sure the water heater was turned way down, didn't function properly or is a poor one. The first shower of the day produced luke warm water at max heat shower settings, and only got colder as more people began to shower. Most of us had to take a cold shower and race through it. We didn't stay long enough to call the home owner or attempt to adjust the heater ourselves. This complaint is really the only reason why I didn't give 5 stars, the stuff below are minor complaints. 2. There was no stockpile of wood available for the outdoor fire pit, and there was only 2 seats instead of 4. 3. Smoker as advertised was not available nor was the outdoor furniture set up. 4. Parking was weird and awkward. 5. Grill was quite filthy. Would recommend a stay at this cabin!

Weekend get away.

Matched pictures and description. Wonderful place for a weekend get a way. Great gathering open spaces but also private areas as well. First floor bedroom was great for my parents.

too many pictures and sculptures

Our stay was not the best but all the pictures and sculptures was too much.. we booked for 2 nights but only stayed one night. The first night there was some sort of event or high winds it shook the place and for some reasons the doors were about to fly off the room my kids were sleeping in well they all got scared and wife fainted no clue what she saw but anyways we had to leave nobody got sleep that night therefore we left and couldn’t finish our trip.
