Quiet Ranch Retreat with easy access to Circle T Arena, pet friendly

Located approximately 10 miles west of Circle T Arena, in Hamilton, TX. This quiet ranch retreat, known as the Bell House, is nestled in a native pecan grove on Artesian Cattle Ranch. Come escape the hustle and bustle of city life, or use us as a more private option for your stay during your equestrian activities at Circle T Arena.

This is a working ranch with cattle, horses, hay and native pecan production along the Leon River. We offer our shelled pecan halves and pieces in 1 lb. & 4 lb. bags. Contact us for larger packages. We raise our own Akaushi beef which is also available for purchase during your stay, a grill and grilling utensils are provided at the house.

Dogs are welcome with a nightly pet fee. Please keep dogs leashed or within a fenced yard due to livestock. There is an attached 2 car garage as well. No firearms, please.

great peaceful ranch getaway

Absolutely gorgeous! Quiet and peaceful. I thought we lived in the country, but this was COUNTRY! Everything inside was clean and comfy. We had a party of 6. The accommodations couldnt have been better! Susie, the manager, was super sweet. If she was my neighbor, we'd be friends.

Mother's Day w/ my Family

Your house was PERFECT for our family on Mother's Day weekend. Very quiet, wooded area with lots of room to roam. We would recommend this Ranch house for anyone staying in the Comanche County area.

Home away from home

It was a wonderful experience!!! The house was cozy and comfortable, bonus was the fenced in yard.. Beautiful trails for walking, very quiet, great place to get away from all the chaos!!!

Amazing

We stayed here for 12 nights. I can not say enough good things. We had the most amazing time! Suzie is amazing. Property is very clean and beautiful! We LOVED it.

Quiet country space!

Being from the country, it was a nice place to chill with friends and enjoy the scenery In a similar atmosphere. The pecan trees were stunning and your cattle operation was amazing.

Peaceful

The house was very clean. We loved that we could bring our dogs. Nice fenced area for dogs. You can see the cattle from your window. Beautiful pecan trees throughout.

Peace and Quiet

Very relaxing; well equipped; and spotlessly clean. Lots of room for you and your pets to play. Great spot to unwind, or a short drive to some really good wineries. I'll be back.

Beautiful Ranch Setting

This home is on a 2200 acre working cattle and pecan ranch. The home is very nice, but the setting is what i loved the most. We were all grieving over a family member who had passed but the home was a wonderful , peacful pkace to spend with family and friends during such a difficult time. The hostess was so nice and very responsive to us.

Lovely property and experience

We LOVED this place! The cattle were all around the house. The host was so gracious and kind with our four year old, she was able to feed the donkeys and horses. We went on nature walks, at one point the horses were running free and it was just absolutely lovely and serene. We will definitely be back!

Horse Show Gals

My friends and I stayed here for a couple of nights while we were attending our horse show. The house was very clean and had all of the amenities which was awesome! We were able to have everything we needed to cook our meals. I personally recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay in Hamilton. It's on a beautiful piece of property! The property managers are very accommodating and kind!

Very relaxing

The property is a working ranch and the house is about a half mile from the main highway. So, easy access, but not traffic noise. The kitchen is well appointed, as is the outdoor gas grill. We cooked a bunch with our family and loved it. The house is basically all new inside, including all appliances. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay in the country!

Great Location and Hospitality!

The house is on a working cattle ranch, was roomy, comfortable and cozy. The owner is on property, was very helpful and friendly. The house was a short easy drive to the Circle T arena in Hamilton. I would recommend this location and will likely stay again when in the area. The only downside is there is very limited cell service (none for Verizon) so take care of your electronic communications prior to heading to the house. I personally enjoyed to peace and quiet! I recommend this property when staying in the area or just looking for a peaceful quiet getaway!

Unique Experience

.We loved our stay at Artesian Ranch; the house is very comfortable and attractive with a large well-appointed kitchen. Next time we go, I might even cook! The pecan orchard is gorgeous and the cattle give a real pastoral, idyllic sense. This property is so beautiful and quiet, even though it is a large, working ranch. The Stallings' work and obvious appreciation of the land is evident. We are anxious to try the Akaushi beef we purchased from our host, Susie. She was a delight to meet. We ventured to Hico for the Steak Cook-Off – unique affair for sure.

Wonderful Stay & Wonderful Location

We had an absolutely wonderful stay on this working ranch. The house we rented was very clean, had all the amenities and the hosts Susie and her husband Tim were fantastic. Susie was very responsive to our requests and showed us around including meeting her pride donkey's. We rent properties often and this is by far the nicest house we've rented. We also liked there was a fence around our house so that we could let our two Greyhounds out off leash. We did some nice walks on the property and we drove North to Comanche TX to explore the town and get some dinner. There is no doubt we will be going back. Craig
