Osoyoos Lake Retreat/King Bed/Pool & Hot Tub View/Pet Friendly Getaway

Welcome to our Osoyoos Vacation Retreat — a comfortable and thoughtfully equipped getaway designed for relaxing lake days, wine touring, family time, and seasonal stays.

We enjoy hosting respectful guests and ask for a brief message prior to booking with a little information about your group and any pets accompanying you.

Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.

Maximum occupancy: 4 adults OR 2 adults with up to 4 children.
No parties or events permitted.

Located in Casa Del Mila Oro Resort, our peaceful retreat is tucked away in the quiet east-side building beside the neighboring vineyard and Anarchist Mountain hillside. Being situated on the second level means no footsteps overhead, and the location offers added privacy and tranquility away from the road.
We installed a new heat pump in 2022, providing excellent heating and air conditioning year-round.

ENTRY & LIVING SPACE:
Enjoy 9-foot ceilings, hardwood flooring in the living area, and a bright, welcoming atmosphere throughout the space.

The LIVING ROOM features: a 55” Smart TV with Netflix, an electric fireplace, comfortable seating, a dining table with expandable configurations, board games, puzzles, books, DVDs, and Blu-rays.
The newly updated sofa includes a protective cover available for guests traveling with children or pets.

PRIMARY BEDROOM:
The spacious primary bedroom includes: a king-size bed with updated mattress and linens, a 50” Smart TV, a dresser and large mirror, USB charging ports and reading lights, beach towels, yoga mats, umbrella, iron, and extra pillows.

SECOND BEDROOM:
The second bedroom features: double bunk beds, Smart TVs, USB charging ports, reading lights, a dresser and mirror, a Dyson fan for air circulation.

BATHROOM & LAUNDRY:
The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, hair dryer, curling iron, and straightener, basic toiletries and first aid supplies.
A full-size washer and dryer are also available for guest use, with laundry supplies under the sink (laundry detergent, softener, bleach, etc)

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Bosch dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, waffle maker, crock pot, cookware, bakeware, serving dishes, and kitchen essentials.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the pantry basics and supplies provided during their stay. Use What You Need, Leave What You Don’t, is our motto.

BALCONY & OUTDOOR SPACE:
Relax on the west-facing balcony overlooking the courtyard, pool, hot tub, and surrounding mountains. The balcony includes a small seating area, natural gas Weber BBQ, and BBQ tools.
It’s the perfect spot to unwind with a book or evening glass of wine.

RESORT AMENITIES:
Guests enjoy access to a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, private beach access, grassy lakeside area, roped swimming area, private dock access (subject to availability through resort management). The beach is just a short walk from the building. An on-site manager is available daily should assistance be needed during your stay.

PARKING:
One designated parking stall is included. Please use #210 only. Additional street parking on Lakeshore Drive is also available.

PLEASE NOTE:
No RV parking, no trailer parking permitted on resort property.

PET FRIENDLY STAY:
Dogs are permitted only with prior approval at the time of reservation (Sorry, no cats). Unauthorized pets are a violation of our house rules. Our cleaning team reports any unapproved pets.
We welcome well-mannered, house-trained dogs with prior approval. Maximum of 2 dogs permitted.
Additional details regarding pets can be found in the rental agreement.
