Our location is perfect any time of the year.
One of kind condo experience: a setting which is a short walk to the beautiful flat beaches or free parking next to the pier. All your beach needs: umbrella, towels, beach chairs...and a beach cart!

As a fellow vacationer explains: itā€™s the šŸhive to begin your exploration of the most ancient city in America! So many adventures if you choose to partake or notšŸ¦„We have enjoyed so many places in the time we have spent in St. Augustine. First walking to the beach, swimming, fishing off the pier, riding a bike to the inter-coastal with the seagulls in the morning, playing volleyball, hanging out listening to the outdoor concerts and music echoing from local hot spots.

Cool theme restaurants like The Conch house and newly renovated Panama Hattieā€™s. Salt Life restaurant which can pick you up by golf cart if your drinking more than one; the taco shop known for their UFO tacos, Le petitā€™s French bakery which has amazing omelets that are so huge you will have to shareā€¦. or not! Geez havenā€™t touched on the historic district which has so much good food and enjoyable/quaint evening dining, entertainment, sightseeing, and places to kick back and have a drink while listening to music and people watching from one of the many balconies. There is public parking however we suggest the Red Trolley, Uber, aLyft or even take the bikes if youā€™re the atheletic type.

There is a Farmers market several mornings during the week as well as major concerts in the local Amphitheater which you can get to by bike or less than mile drive. Dates and times available in The Social of St. Augustine on the internet.

Volleyball is available on the 6 beach courts next to the pier. One of our favorite things to do.

I like the pet adoption thrift store .5 mile away for unique things (the hubby doesnā€™t like that kind of hunting) and donā€™t forget to go to the alligator farm although a bit too close to the pet adoptionsšŸ§šŸ¦” for my liking. (Only kidding). so many adventures in the coolest place ever and we are originally from New York!

Best part of this is the location - just a couple of blocks to the beach and close to restaurants and bars. Only a couple of miles to historic old town. Condo property is very quiet - great for a family vacation.Condo is well equipped and comfortable. The host checked in with us before and during our stay. We had no issues with the property. Highly recommend!

Great Location, Clean, and Easy

Place was clean and check in was very smooth and easy.Check-In and Check- Out Proceduce were easy to follow. Location was great for getting around the Island, easy to hop in the car and get to the Letter Streets while also being close to the 312 bridge if you need to get downtown or hit any of the stores off of 207 or US-1. Great Place if you want to be near the beach but also be mobile around the different parts of St. Aug. Thank you

The place was homey and cozy with an overall beach feel. It had everything we needed. They even had a bottle of wine waiting for us as well as bottled water. Kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need for cooking and baking. A 12 cup Coffee pot as well as a Keurig coffee pot were available plus coffee, creamer and Pods to get you started.The hosts, Lori and Jon, seemed to think of everything. They were very easy to communicate with and responded almost immediately. The location was perfect.. near everything. Great restaurants were nearby as well as the beach. Walk or drive! And it was only a short drive to so many attractions. The hosts description of everything was right on point. No surprises. We had a great time and would definitely come back if we are ever in the area again. Loved our time there!

The Perfect getaway

The property was immaculate., perfectly supplied with everything from beach towels to bicycles. Our wives were truly happy with the unit and I would have heard about it if there was anything to criticize. We had a great stay and will probably return next year.

Enjoyment Personified

This was an absolutely enjoyable experience! From the onset of checking into our perfect 'home away from home' location, everything was just as advertised in the VRBO listing. The close proximity to all of our likes made it more enjoyable. The nearby beach was exceptional for daily morning walks and the fishing pier was great! The fireworks display, sunset cruise and the Night of Lights tour were memory lasting events and definitely worth returning to experience. We look forward to returning to this area!

Great location for walking to the Beach

Loved the location as it was away from the hustle & bustle of downtown and was close to the beach for walking to each day. It was nice that a beach wagon, chairs, beach bag and towels were provided so we didnā€™t have to bring ours from home. I did like that we are on the bottom level so we didnā€™t have to climb the stairs, but the downside was the people above us. You could hear them walking around.

Location is great for all activities. Some Items need attention for a great experience. Suggest: Foundation on queen bed be replaced. Carpet in both bedrooms need to be replaced. Company that cleans need to dust everything.

Home away from home.

Our stay at this property was home away from home. Everything that was possibly needed was there. The unit was comfortable and clean. The area provided an easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. Old St Augustine was just a short drive from the property. The owners, Lori and John were available through text or phone if we had questions. Would we stay again if we had the opportunity ? Absolutely.

The best hosts ever!

The condo was great, the beds were comfortable, and there were a lot of supplies provided, including many things for the beach. It is convenient to A1A Beach and A1A, as well as St Augustine. Lori and John gave so much information about things to do and were very kind and understanding when we had car problems. We were so thankful that we could stay an extra night and they further helped us with a late checkout. They are truly dog friendly and the dog fee is really reasonable, plus thereā€™s a beautiful area to walk them with a fence for privacy. The pool was an added bonus too. I look forward to another trip to St Augustine but I will be sure to schedule it for when A Place To Be is available!

Nice Area

The condo was in a very nice area. Short walk to the beach and restaurants on the strip. Short drive to Historic area of Saint Augustine which is very beautiful!! The master bath had not been cleaned so i cleaned it myself and there was a dirty plate left in the cabinet which i also cleaned. The floors are beautiful the master bath has been redone nicely. The main bath could use some updating and the carpet in the bedrooms need changing. Yes i would stay there again. Thank you Lori and John
