We rent our holiday home located in the heart of the highly sought after area of Mourillon, in Toulon.
It enjoys a very good geographic location: It is 5 minutes walk from Fort Saint Louis. Mourillon and La Miter beaches, shops, Mourillon market, restaurants, rue Lamalgue… are within walking distance.
The house is about 170 m², on 3 levels, with a terrace and a garden of 190 m² and a courtyard.

It is friendly and very bright and consists of:
Ground floor: access courtyard; Entrance ; internal staircase to the other 2 levels; WC with hand basin; Separate fitted kitchen (fridge / freezer, gas and electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle); Living and Dining Room with French doors leading to the balcony and the outside staircase. The enclosed garden and terrace face south and have a parasol, garden furniture and a barbecue.
Upstairs: Ch 1: double bed 160; Ch 2: double bed 140; Ch 3: small single bed; S de B: Washbasin, separate shower and bathtub, WC.
Garden level: Ch 4: 2 small beds which can be joined. This room overlooks a glass roof and the terrace; Bathroom with WC; Laundry room with sink and washing machine.
Ideal location for holidays with family or friends you trust.
Sun, rest, beach, walks, sailing ... for a pleasant stay in the south.
The house can be rented, all year round, weekly during school holidays, or 3 nights minimum, excluding holidays or events. A reduction is applied for any stay of 2 weeks or more.

Free Mourillon car park.
The bus stop, direct to the train station, is 100 meters away.
Non-smoking house
Our animal freinds are not admitted.

The whole house is at your disposal except one bedroom which is closed for rental. But all the other cupboards and cupboards are at your disposal.
