* The Chalet du Moulin is a large wooden chalet in a small village at the foot of the Montagne Noire on a garden of small holm oaks. It is ideally situated close to hiking or 15 minutes from Carcassonne! 3 independent bedrooms.
* COVID-19: To fight against the COVID-19 epidemic, we have reinforced our cleaning procedure: All surfaces, door handles, switches, remote controls, keys, etc ... are scrupulously disinfected before and after each stay. More than ever, we put the emphasis on the cleanliness of our gite. Moreover, as before the crisis, you will find soap to respect the barrier gestures.
* It has a large wooded garden to relax or spend a festive moment in the shade of holm oaks and a covered terrace with garden furniture and a plancha .
* On the ground floor you will find a large and comfortable living room with a large smart tv with foreign channels and Netflix, an open kitchen equipped with induction hob, washing machine and dishwasher, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet.
* Upstairs, a large mezzanine overlooking the living room with two bedrooms with double beds, separate toilet. A cot is available on site.
* The chalet is 103 m2 and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
* The setting is very pleasant with a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees.
* The chalet is located near a paper mill to visit. (Accessible on foot from the chalet).
* Immediate proximity to hiking trails.
* Parking on the grounds for 2 cars.
* Finally you will have a quality WIFI with very high speed internet access.

* You will benefit on one side of a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees, and on the other side of a field where several donkeys and ponies graze peacefully that will delight your children!
* For safety reasons animals are not normally accepted as the grounds are not fully fenced. But you can contact me so that we can study the possibility of accepting your animal with us.
* For everyone's comfort, the chalet is non-smoking.
* For your comfort the beds are made for your arrival, linen is provided.
