This beautiful condo is sure to please even the most discriminating of guests with a beautiful ocean view from the 3rd floor as well the breathtaking pool view. This Condo is intended for adults (sorry no children under12) Relax on your balcony and delight in the scenery and the gorgeous tropical landscape of North Coast Village!
Enjoy all the upgrades this unit has to offer. Quartz counter tops, new carpet, stainless steel appliances and so much more. Bathroom shower was recently remodel and looks amazing! Much detail was put into decorating this lovely condo. You'll be treated to all brand new furniture and household items making your stay even more enjoyable. We have a King bed in the bedroom with a full size sofa bed in the living areas. In addition for those who want a bit more room, we have a posturepedic folding bed in the bedroom closet. Relax on the deck and enjoy the expansive view of the ocean. It doesn't get any better than this! Everything in the complex is a short walk, pool, hot-tub and BBQ. We are close and conveniently located near Harbor Village and Oceanside Pier. Come checkout our new beach condo! I am sure you will love it!

Lovely north coast village unit

Hildy is a great host-everything you need was included, even A/C which is rare at North coast. There is some noise from the pool, especially 4th of July week, but it quiets down at 10. Great stay!

Perfect Stay!

Our rental was beautiful and had a great view of the village facility. The owner of the rental was very helpful and wanted to make sure we had the best stay possible. If we ever visit Oceanside again we will definitely try to stay here again.

Great location!

The location couldn’t be more prime, and the condo/complex was super cute. You can see the beach from the porch, and it’s just a short walk to the shore. As well as a short walk to the pier and restaurants. The condo itself was quiet, clean, and very well stocked.

My Oceanside Getaway

I love this condo. It was clean, everything worked properly and the decorating is lovely. Also the owner, Hildy, was a pleasure to work with. I would stay in this unit again.

Awesome place!

This place was the most awesome place that we have stayed in. It is very clean, stylish and has the best view ever. The mattresses are amazing. It’s like sleeping on a cloud. The owner is very responsive and was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be back here next year.

WONDERFUL CONDO

Our experience was wonderful. It had a beautiful view of the pool and green landscaping. The condo was nicely appointed and even had many of the basic condiments that I usually have to buy at the supermarket. I am looking forward to our next stay.

Oceanside Gem

Hildy and Tom have renovated this property beautifully and made for a very comfortable experience. We spent 3.5 weeks here and felt right at home. This is a beautifully landscaped complex with easy access to the beach. The bed was very comfortable. Not too hard and not too soft. Keep in mind this is a North facing unit, so the sun doesn't hit the deck or windows and it can feel a bit cooler in the unit as a result. We would use the stairwell to go up to the 4th floor and sit in the sun while watching the waves on the windy days when it was too chilly to sit by the ocean. I'm sure being a North facing unit is a great pro in the summer months when it's warmer. Hildy was very responsive and willing to accommodate any needs or requests. We couldn't have asked for a more accommodating and friendly host.

Great property and Location

Everything about this location is outstanding, views of the pool and, from the deck, the ocean, easy access to local establishments by car. The pool and hot tub are nice and parking is covered, which was great because it rained during much of our time in Oceanside. TV included access to Netflix, HBO, and Showtime, most of the unit is remodeled and updated. Hildy could not have been easier to work with and communicated well. A couple of things to consider if you want to rent this unit, and these may be more about us than the unit. The bed is crazy soft, which bothered my back as we like a more firm bed. The final contract said no red wine is allowed in the unit, which took us a bit by surprise after final payment, this is the only place that this rule was mentioned. The host provided a bottle of white, which was great, plus I like a whiskey, so it was not a huge issue. Finally, the unit didn't have any condiments in the refrigerator, unusual for a VRBO. Again, not a big deal for us, but some ketchup/mustard/mayo would have been nice. None of that hurt the trip, it is just some things we noticed. Thanks for letting us stay, we loved it and would not hesitate to rent the unit again.

This condo was a perfect place to stay to enjoy the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tim and Hildy's condo right on the beach! The condo: It was so clean and nicely decorated in beach decor to remind you that you were at the beach. They take COVID-19 very seriously and take precautions needed to keep you safe. Everything was provided that you would ever need to enjoy the beach - 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, and beach towels. The kitchen is updated and has all of the utensils you need to prepare and eat meals. There is also coffee and tea and some individual packets of condiments for you to use. The patio overlooks the pool and has an ocean view. A must to watch the sunset on the patio! It also has a grill for your use. TVs in the bedroom and living room had cable + Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Not that you will spend a lot of time watching TV when you are at the beach! The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. There was a fold up bed in the closet and I believe the couch also pulled out to a bed so plenty of room for kids and adults. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers so no need to lug your stuff with you! To top it all off, there was a bottle of wine waiting for us on the counter. We were so surprised and impressed!! So many special touches that they include to make your stay memorable and comfortable! North Coast Village Condo property: The property is very tropical feeling and even has a coy fish pond where you can feed the fish and ducks. You have an assigned parking spot in the garage so no need to hunt for street parking here. The location is right on the beach so just a few steps and you will be relaxing by the ocean! Unfortunately, due to COVID, the spa were closed while we were here and you have to "reserve" a spot to use the pool. Easy to reserve a time as long as you can plan ahead for when you want to enjoy the pool. That didn't take away from our trip at all but something to know in case that is important to you. With the ocean steps away, we didn't feel like we missed out on anything because we would rather be on the beach. Location: The condo is located on the north end of Oceanside, very close to Oceanside Harbor Village where there are many restaurants and shops to enjoy. We walked there everyday to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Maybe a 10 minute walk but very easy to get to from the condo. Eating at Harbor Fish & Chips is a must if you looking for amazing fish and chips. Huge pieces of fresh fish cooked perfectly.

Perfect Holiday Get Away

Hilda's property was immaculate and beautifully furnished with everything one needs for a get-away. Location to every one and everything we needed, walks on the beach, time with our adult kids and family, dining and fun. The location was a tropical paradise away from the bitter cold east coast - thank you!

Beautiful condo with a lovely ocean view

Wonderful getaway

The condo was just as described. It had everything you could need. I haven't slept that good in years :-)The ocean view from the deck was wonderful to drink coffee on in the morning and wine in the evening 🏖

We purchased this property due to the fact it is only steps from the ocean, pool, hot tub. Its easy access to garage as well as all the local attractions. You can walk to the harbor for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Walk to the farmers market on Thursdays or simply take a walk along the strand or even to the pier. The condo have beautiful expanded ocean views.
