And after you can take the beach chairs, towels, umbrella and even a small cooler over to enjoy the waves. After a full day at the beach, maybe a fresh water swim. This property features lush landscaping and one of the largest, cleanest pools you'll find. Our visitors appreciate the attention to detail the owners put into making Gulf Gardens a special place they want to visit year after year. The white sands of Madeira Beach are calling.

Right across from beach access, small but great.

If you need a lot of space you may not like it. For two of us it was fine. It was more important for us to have all of the beach items and be close to the beach. All the beach items are there it all worked out great. Would stay again for sure.

Comfy and Cozy

My husband and I made a quick trip and only stayed 2 nights. The cottage was cozy and as described in the listing. Dave was quick to answer any questions. We didn't visit the pool, but did spend a day on the beach. Access is right across the street and a very short walk.

Gulf Gardens - Exceeded Expectations for a Relaxing Getaway

Gulf Gardens exceeded our expectations for our recent vacation. From the moment we arrived, the property owner had clearly thought of every little detail to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. One of the best features was the easy access to the beach, located right across the road from the property. This made it a breeze to spend time by the water, without having to worry about parking or lugging all our beach gear. In fact, the property owner had provided everything we needed for a day at the beach - towels, an umbrella, and comfortable chairs. We were incredibly impressed with the attention to detail throughout the property, ensuring we had everything needed for our stay. In the unit, we found laundry pods, a great selection of toiletries, high-quality linens, and even some coffee and other essentials. The small touches like these really stood out and made our vacation so much more comfortable and relaxing. The property itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The check-in process was also seamless and convenient. Overall, Gulf Gardens delivered on everything we were looking

Perfect Getaway

Nothing fancy but we’ll worth the trip! Convenient to all activities. Unit is comfortable and clean. Pool or beach…both steps from your front door. Will definitely be a repeat for us!

Best Value in Madeira Beach!!

Quaint, well equipped, studio, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! I was in town for work and didn’t even plan on going to the beach, but because everything I needed for a trip to the beach was in the apartment, I enjoyed some time in the sun! The owner was great to work with and responsive to inquiries! There may be nicer places that are much more expensive, but I can’t imagine there is a better value in Mad Beach!!

Great Place to stay

The property is very well kept it had all the amenities you could possibly need,it’s a 3 minute walk to the beach .John’s Pass was a 5 minute car ride, plenty of eateries and shops to checkout We will be coming back!

Excellent Location

We enjoyed our time here. Dave wa super helpful with all of my questions. Many restaurants within walking distance or a short Lyft ride. Great location to walk to the beach which is very clean and has an onsite bathroom. The cabin was very clean. It is not big but that's all you need for a beach vacay. The bathroom was very small but manageable. Clean towels and other linens available. It was very nice to be able to use the beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella. Highly recommend this for a Florida beach vacation!

The VRBO was very neat and clean. The small size is what we had expected. Pool area was nice. The water pressure in the shower was good. Everything we needed for our stay was either at the cottage or close by.

Quaint Beach Cottage

Approaching the property, I instantly fell in love with the "smallness" of it all. From the small parking lot hosting a spot in front of each cottage, to the studio-type room, I found this rental to be quaint and comforting. When entering the front door, you are in the kitchen area that, although small in size, packs the large amenities of a full-sized kitchen. The refrigerator, stove and microwave, not to mention all of the tucked away appliances like the toaster, crock pot, and mixer, give this tiny cooking area the feel of a normal kitchen space. There is a small 2-person breakfast nook as well. The bathroom is miniature but has enough room to take care of powder room business. The living room area is furnished with a comfortable 2-person couch, an accent chair, a coffee table, and a small TV mounted on the wall that swivels, allowing for viewing while lying in bed. The bedroom section of the room has an ambiance that one would expect to find in a petite oceanside cottage. A queen-sized bed with 2 nightstands on either side, as well as a 6 drawer dresser, complete the sleeping area. The decor is nautical/beach themed, appropriate for this tiny beach vacation rental. And last but not least, the pool is exquisite and surrounded by hand painted murals giving a Floridian vibe. The ease of reserving this property, paired with the price, location, and cleanliness, makes this a top-rated rental for me and one which I will definitely rent again.

Awesome location!

You can’t beat the location of the property. Dave was very quick to respond to any questions we had. It was also really nice to have chairs, cooler & an umbrella in the unit to be able to take to the beach. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I were looking for a short trip away from the craziness of every day life. Found this little cottage just north of Johns Pass. That was perfect for everything that we would like to do. I would strongly suggest using this for a couple getaway.

Super clean. Located less than a mile from John’s Pass. Publix and WynnDixie less than mile in other direction . Many restaurants in short walking distance. Beautiful white powdery beach across the street. Very nicely decorated studio apartment, small fully equipped kitchen. Bath is quite small but shower was good size. Shower appeared to be recently deglazed, and was bright white. Couch and easy chair were comfortable, good a/c and ceiling fans. Great pool area, although pool was not as warm as desired. Beautifully lit at night! Adjacent covered dining area, with grill. Very nice community of returning residents who welcomed us to join afternoon happy hours at the pool by deck. Washers and dryers available in a community room.

Great stay!

The location is perfect, and the unit was very clean. The grounds are very well-kept, the pool is immaculate, there is beach access across the street, and it is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and shops. I would highly recommend this rental.

Hidden gem

This was a great place to stay for two people. We had everything we needed. Plenty of dishes, toilet paper, paper towel, napkins, and the towels were very nice along with the two beach towels that were provided. The room was very clean and the manager was super nice and was at the property every day for any questions. The pool was clean and very nice as was the pool deck with chairs and loungers. We had a great stay and look forward to staying again next year!

Newly renovated unit post storm including kitchen and bath. Many upgrades including new TV, ceiling fans, bedding, and other decor. We have a large clean pool with plenty of seating area as well as covered lanai for eating and grilling close by.

A very short walk across the street to the beach, where you'll never find trouble getting a prime spot in front of the water. As close as you can get without paying the premium for being directly on the beach. Excellent location with the Worlds Famous Johns Pass 1 mile down the road, and downtown Madeira Beach 1/2 mile with it's unique shops and ROC park featuring many events and concerts year round.
