This property is located in the heart of a wooded park of 2 hectares, in the heart of a property where you will meet the owners, quiet and not overlooked, you have a private landscaped garden with three terraces.

Located 10 minutes from the beaches of Bénodet, Concarneau and Sainte Marine, and 8 minutes from the historic heart of Quimper. The house is equipped with two bedrooms, one on souplex, on the mezzanine and the second, on the ground floor, with its private terrace overlooking the garden.

The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped: oven, induction hob, Nespresso, refrigerator and microwave, washing machine/dryer, and all kitchen utensils.

The living room is equipped with a TV, WIFI and a portable WIFI speaker. The shower room is equipped with a very comfortable walk-in shower, sink and towel dryer. The bathroom is separated from the water.
