Boat over to the house only 5 minutes to pick up & drop off your family! Gentle slope to the lake from the house. Tie your boat to a tree! Home offers open floor plan, Gourmet kitchen, screened deck & open deck! Gas BBQ grill and lots of space inside & out! Tons of parking! This home offers an adorable 3 bears bunk room with 3 beds & a private bath. There is a sweet dreams room off the master bedroom with a crib and toddler bed (that is not counted in the bed count) for little ones. Private beauty salon offers a luxury space for relaxation and pampering yourself!
(Garage is reserved for owners belongings. Home offers paved roads with a huge circular concrete driveway for parking. Walk down the meandering path from the back deck to play and float in the lake! Property was oh so nice, well stocked and comfortable. If any negative it was located about 30 min to restaurants, etc. but for a lake getaway, perfect!

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was the perfect size for the 8 of us. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch and watching the mama deer with their babies in the mornings. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Excellent Cozy Modern Home to stay with family

This house is absolutely beautiful! Our family had such a wonderful time staying here. Just a short walk to the lake from the home. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the beautiful deer every morning in the yard.

Lovely stay at the lake!

Gorgeous, comfortable home. Great location and well appointed. We particularly appreciated the crib and toddler bed for littles, as well as the bunk room for kiddos. Our hosts were gracious, accommodating and responsive. We will hopefully be back!!

Relaxing and great view of Table Rock lake.

Rental process was very easy. Good communication with property manager. Only downside was water had a terrible sulphur smell.

Jerr, Thank you for your stay and letting me know about the sulfur smell in the warer. My plumber flushed the lines, changed the filter and added salt. The smell is gone. We could not have found a more pleasant, relaxed home. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable. We give this a 5 star rating across the board. Loved the screened in patio. The wildlife so beautiful. Our hosts were extremely gracious.

We had three grandkids that loved the upstairs bedroom. A small bed for each.

The home had plenty of utensils and spices for cooking. Plenty of driveway parking space for two cars. Very comfortable home. Takes a little drive to get back Branson since its close to 20 minutes to Silver Dollar City thru West Branson.

This property was immaculate and had everything we could have wanted--multiple and super comfortable sleeping areas, several baths, a large living space that is beautifully decorated, a well-stocked kitchen, location right on the lake, spaces to enjoy the outdoors (the really lovely screened-in porch and the patio.) The landscaping is just lovely too! Cindy did a great job of checking in with us on a regular basis to see if we needed anything. Overall, a perfect stay!

Stunning home

I absolutely recommend this property. The home is stunning and very well maintained. It is extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Loved the beautiful waterfall upon entrance of the property, so peaceful and very relaxing to sit and enjoy. The three season screened porch is so comfortable and relaxing, we had some beautiful deer visit for our morning coffee. The house has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay! The beds were extremely comfortable as well. The host is very efficient and stays in touch with you before and during the visit, great response times and much appreciated! Definitely recommend this lake house!

First timer here & will do again

I have never used VRBO and wanted to share a vacation with my children and grandchildren so began researching in February. We decided on a lake vacation and this home was perfect. It was on the water with a short walk for the boat we rented to pick us up. It was a short drive to Silver Dollar City and Branson Landing that we did as well. I was impressed with the cookware that was available. We did several meals in the home and was very much like home for me. Cindy did a fabulous job keeping us informed. We encountered a few hiccups that we were able to work through easily. We had two toddlers under two that kept us busy and was able to arrange the home to keep them safe (and the owner's belongings :-) The home layout is very unique and the deck was one our favorite places to be. Loved it!

10 out of 5 stars... Absolutely Amazing, Clean, Spacious, Beautiful Home

I travel 75% of the time for my company. I have stayed in approximately 75-100 VRBO's a year. I hate to say I'm a experienced VRBO reviewer. This property is the nicest I have seen with all the combined experiences of the house, owner, and area. The property manager, Cindi, is an absolutely lovely and caring person. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had the greatest experience with not only her lovely home but the beautiful Table Rock Lake. The home was immaculately clean "spotless" and well equipped for cooking, sleeping, lounging, and relaxation. The basic cooking ingredients were available and really helped with the trip to the grocery store. The neighbors were very quiet and nice to introduce themselves and provide assistance if needed. The house is right on the water and the kids enjoyed fishing and swimming while waiting for the adults to be ready to get back on the water with the boat. There is a boat ramp close that accommodated launching a 24' Yamaha JetBoat. The driveway into the home is very large and easily accommodated the boat and 3 other vehicles. The appliances and fixtures in the home are top of the line and proved to be easy to use and cook with. The beds had all the bedding and layers that you could have ever asked for. The screened in deck with fans was amazing to get away from the outdoors but still be in the fresh air. The TV's and speaker system was ideal for light music outside or for a quick movie night inside. The landscaping was very well put together and provided yet another element that separates this space from others that we have stayed at. This home is on our top of the list for future trips to Table Rock Lake. Thank you Cindi for everything.

Unbelievable place

Great Getaway!!

This place is amazing, so relaxing and great set up to spend with family!! Had many nights on the porch with a fire and screened in porch for family time as well!! I would highly recommend. Fall Break 2020

The property owner was very nice and quick to respond. The home is in a very quiet area near the end of the street. This house was absolutely spotless! We were able to relax and enjoy the woods behind the house and a quick walk down to the water. If you want a nice house on the lake and donā€™t mind a short drive to Branson, this a great option.

Luxury Accomodations

This property is nothing short of amazing. Cindy was very responsive to any questions, incredibly helpful on adding on friends and their kids, who were able to come down and join us mid trip, and very helpful in directing us to the property and making sure we made sure to only take Joe Bald when hauling our boat back to the house at the end of the trip (trust me - save yourself the freak out of will you make it up the incline). The kids loved seeing the deer in the trees, and going down to the lake each day to play, fish, and just be kids while the adults got the tubes out to the boat. By far the best accommodations we have stayed in, in Kimberling City. You won't be disappointed you stayed here!

Beautiful Lake House

We have been coming down here for 23 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Quiet and relaxing time on the lake! Thanks Cindy.

Cindyā€™s Lakefront home on Tablerock Lake offers a gentle walk to the water facing the Kimberling City bridge. This is my personal home and is delicately cared for. Kimberling City is where I live and work selling lake properties. Table Rock lake is unsurpassed! Fun, family friendly and CLEAN! There is little to NO CRIME.... and there is nothing like sitting at the water's edge watching the boats go by...or floating in the water sipping on a cold beverage! It doesn't get any better than that!
The other space is in historic downtown Springfield, Missouri. Home of Bass Pro, Wonders of wildlife and the quick 30 minute trip to Branson. Built by Carl Bissman, known as ā€œ Bissman Cottageā€ is remarkable! Built in 1932 with approximately 2,600 sq. Ft. It's quaint and cute. Built with Carthage Stone and many original features. The downtown area is awesome! Lots of pubs, good food, entertainment and fun with lots of culture. You will enjoy this Beautiful Luxury Lake Front home in beautiful Kimberling City as well as Bissman Cottage in Springfield, Missouri. Please feel free to browse both properties! This property is 5 minutes by water to Kimberling City Marina. If you want to rent a boat or have your own, you can boat over, tie to a tree at our lake front and walk up to the house to eat lunch or drop off and pick up the family. Did I mention....YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE THE HOUSE! It's PERFECT! Port of Kimberling Marina may have slips available to rent nightly for your boat as well. Give them a call to inquire and make your reservation ā£ļø

We are located directly across the water from the Kimberling City Bridge. The water is a gentle slope from out deck. Lakefront! Lake Access! Launch your boat for small per day fee at the marina and boat over only 5 minutes! The marina will also rent you a slip if available per day fee if you don't want to launch daily. If you want to rent jet ski's or wave runner's.....it's literly 5 minutes away.....not to mention, YOU WILL LOVE THE HOUSE!
