This home sleeps 8 with three queen beds and one pull out sofa bed. Near to the Intercoastal. Fully furnished with linens, pool towels and your own private heated screened pool and BBQ. Dishwasher, washer and dryer on site. 7 day minimum required.

Our stay was very nice! Check-in was simple, all the instructions were provided by the host in advance. Pool fantastic and relaxing. Close to beaches and Publix grocery store.

Karen’s home was perfect for our group of 5. It was very comfortable, clean and extremely well-appointed, with everything we needed for our 9-day vacation. Its 10-15 minute proximity to the beaches was the biggest draw for us renting the property, however the pool ended up being a very close second! The home’s location in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood couldn’t be beat, but a car is necessary for access to the grocery store, coffee shops and the many restaurants in the Bellaire area. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked, and we enjoyed gourmet surf and turf meals made on the grill. All necessary beach items were available for use, including towels, 4 chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and even a collapsible beach wagon. Check-in and check-out were easy and communication was detailed and complete. We had no issues whatsoever with our stay. It was one of the nicest, most relaxing and comfortable Vrbo vacations we’ve experienced.

Spring break vac

We loved the house, fit our family perfect. Beautiful neighborhood, very close to the beach and everything else. We love Clearwater and would definitely stay at the house again.

Perfect location and clean house!

Our family stayed here for 9 days and we loved it!! The home is so clean and cozy. All of us loved the screened in heated pool and the house is in the perfect location! Clearwater beach and Indian rocks beach are within minutes! We talked to a few of the neighbors and they were all very welcoming and kind as well! We would recommend for anyone to stay here! We will definitely be back!

great area

overall stay was great. house is very nice. clean, didnt get to us pool due to weather being tad bit too cold. Kitchen while on the small size was well appointed with all utensils and accessories.

We would give it 10 stars if I could!

This is a terrific house in a quiet, awesome neighborhood. We stayed for 8 nights and had a 100% positive experience with 0 issues during our stay. The house has a great pool, big master suite, and has everything you need to cook and enjoy your stay. I could not recommend the house or Belleair more.

Great home for summer vacation

Great experience overall! Clean and spacious home with everything we needed. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Close to grocery store and pharmacy. Short drive away from several beaches. Pool was amazing for our kids aged 3-4. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommended!

Great vacation home

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. They even included cups in the freezer ready for your cold beverage. The oven is a little small. Our couple that stayed in one of the back rooms said the room was warm and bought a fan. The pool was a dream!!! Very close to several beaches.

The location was great pool was great. The furniture in the living room needs to be replaced. They said they were queen size beds I think they were smaller. Overall it’s a nice place.

Nice vacation destination

We had a great week at this house. The pool was pristine and warm and we had a lot of fun. The house was clean and just as described. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The only downfall was the TV in the living room is too outdated. With the technology of today and the need for Netflix, Hulu, etc., this TV needs to be updated.

Nice Location, wonderful pool!

Our stay was great, the house was as is was listed, nothing fancy, but adequate and well stocked. The beds and living room furniture are quite dated and could use an upgrade. However the pool was nice and warm, kids and adults loved it. The location was great for the beaches, nice quiet neighborhood and 10 minutes to restaurants. Our Wi-Fi didn’t work for our stay, but a new modem showed up on our last night, so it should work now.

Family vacation

We had a nice stay at this home and would recommend to others. Very nice location and close to the stores and beaches. Beach chairs and umbrella available to use. Please get plush mattresses. Current mattresses are too firm and we had body aches from discomfort. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you! See you next time:) Florida is paradise on earth.
