Outside, the house features a lovely unfenced garden. The courtyard provides convenient parking right by the house, making it easy to load and unload your belongings. A terrace adjacent to the kitchen and dining area allows for effortless outdoor dining. You’ll find a small utility room equipped with a washing machine and sink. And don’t forget the barbecue, ready for your next cookout.

The ground floor features a living area with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a large dining table, providing direct access to the terrace. The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, along with two work surfaces and a small table, also offering direct access to the dining area and terrace.

Access :
The house is easily accessible by car, just five minutes from the town of Pordic where you’ll find grocery stores and a large supermarket open until noon on Sundays. Enjoy nearby beaches and coves. For visitors arriving by train, the nearest station is in Saint-Brieuc, approximately 15 minutes away. The closest airport is Rennes, about a 60-minute drive.
