Conveniently located in the heart of Wellington, the townhouse is close to the equestrian venues, and a nice walk away from restaurants, Publix, and the Wellington amphitheater where you can enjoy concerts. It is very close to the Florida Rowing Center at Lake Wellington and the Wellington Aquatic Center. The Farmerā€™s Market offers fresh produce from October through April and Thursday nights Food Truck Invasion offers a verity of food choices. The fully stocked kitchen makes a home cooked meal possible. The property has a screened in back porch so you can enjoy a mild winter night outside. From a simple cooking tool to better internet service, we are constantly discovering ways to make your stay enjoyable.

Rates include electricity, internet and wifi. Guest will be charged extra for excessive electricity or water usage. The average electric bill is $200/month, and the average water bill is $60/month.

CLEANING - A standard cleaning fee of $200 applies for stays under 28 days. For rentals of 28 days or longer, a one-time cleaning fee of $350 will apply.

Fabulous Villa for Wedding Week

Great Stay in Wellington

My wife and I treated our adult children, spouses and grandson to Christmas near wifeā€™s family by Wellington. This place was perfect for 3 couples. The beds and linens were very comfortable and is located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed morning coffee on the screened patio and well stocked kitchenware for light meals. Plenty of parking and the grocery store was very close by. Easy drive to the beach. I felt the price for the accommodations was very reasonable. If we do this again in the future I will definitely book this again.

Excellent location and property

This was a fantastic place in a great location. Close to west palm beach where I was headed. Close to stores , shops , outlet and the mall. Was exactly as described and had plenty of room for all of us.

Affordable, Comfortable, Home-y Stay

This was a wonderful place for our family while visiting relatives close by. The house was cleanly furnished with comfortable beds and just the right amount of space for hanging out. The neighborhood was quiet, and situated close to major roads. Jack, the owner, was super responsive with any questions or needs. We hope the house will be available the next time we visit the area. The floors were swept but rugs needed to be vacuumed better. Coffee maker in need of replacement. Master bathroom in need of a plumber to repair or replace parts because sink does not drain properly and hot/cold faucet fixtures do not function properly. Prior to arrival, a bit of difficulty with property manager's requirements re: House Rules paperwork. Everything else was fine. Description just makes it sound nicer than it is.

Wellington is a great place to vacation

The property was as advertised: clean, well stocked with linens and towels as well as kitchen utensils. Appliances worked very well, especially washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable. A kitchenette was just off the kitchen and a larger dining area was within the common area. Main bath is good sized, second bath was a little smaller. Common area was spacious and served its purpose for congregating. 4K TV is operated via Roku. Front porch provided an outdoor sitting area as well as the rear enclosed porch and backyard. Parking is available for 2-3 vehicles. Wellington Park and Aquatics was within walking distance but we chose to drive since we had things to carry. Pool center is terrific and Thursday night entertainment in the Park is certainly worth attending (live entertainment and food trucks). We were able to navigate the area for all of our needs such as grocery shopping, mall shopping and eateries. West Palm is a little ways, but definitely worth the trip. We drove to Miami which is about 60 miles away. We also had the pleasure of meeting our hosts, Jack and Sonja, and you couldn't ask for nicer people!

Great clean villa!

Our family really enjoyed the layout of the villa with so much privacy between bedrooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable! The location was perfect for us as it was convenient to the wedding activities and the Turnpike and 95. The owners/managers, Jack & Sonja Seals, are superb as they were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Overall, a GREAT experience!

The first time my family and I stayed in this home was our first experience with a vacation home rental. The home was exactly like the photos. It was clean and free of unwanted creeping crawling critters. It was stocked with almost everything I needed to prepare meals from silverware to pots and pans. It also had a screened in patio. The neighborhood was quiet. I was very pleased with this property. So we rented it again. The second experience was the same. No regrets and I will rent it again. The next time I hope there is a small charcoal grill. I enjoy cooking outside and lounging on the screened in patio. We will never stay in a hotel again.

You get what you pay for.

The pictures are accurate and the owners are very responsive. However, the house was not very clean when we arrived. There were multiple dead roaches under nightstands and an infestation of daddy long leg spiders in the bedrooms. We also had a problem with ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had to store everything in gallon ziplock bags to keep the ants off our things. I appreciated that the owners sent a cleaning person out when I brought this to their attention. We also could not enjoy the screened patio because of all the animal droppings. I donā€™t think the patio has been cleaned in a long time. The house has broken blinds and other things that have generally not been well maintained. The neighbors were quiet, which is good since you share a wall with them. There are very cute families of ducks all over the neighborhood and itā€™s close to nicer areas of Wellington.

We have been managing properties for the last 7 Years. We enjoy boating, fishing, traveling and spending time with our teenage son and daughter (sometimes). Jack has a background in technology that has taken him throughout the United States and Canada creating highly reliable wireless networks for Fortune 500 companies. He started applying his experience of delivering large complex corporate projects on time and budget to become a successful residential and commercial real estate investment professional and now also enjoys creating investment portfolio income Sonjaā€™s background is in office management, retail, customer service, photography and in real estate as a realtor. She has been an integral part in meeting project timelines for Jack in his Wireless Network Infrastructure business and the real estate investment. Born and raised in Germany, she lived 9 years in Chicago and 17 years in Wellington. Weather traveling ourselves or hosting new guests, we are always interested in meeting people from around the world.

Wellington is a wonderful community 10 miles from downtown West Palm Beach. It has lots of things to do and see. We have world recognized equestrian events in the winter through spring. Competitors from all over and the people who support them bring energy and more excitement into the community. The town gets pretty busy during the equestrian season. It has many things to do for active people. There is the Rowing Center on Lake Wellington not far from the house, Okeeheelee Park which has the Equestrian Center, equestrian trail (9 miles), a Golf Course, Nature Center, bicycle paths and rentals, BMX track, freshwater-stocked fishing, playgrounds, canoe/kayak/pedal boat rentals, tennis courts, volleyball, water skiing and much more. Wellington is 12 miles from beautiful white sand beaches. Calypso Bay Waterpark is only 5 miles from the house and Lion Country Safari is only a 9 mile drive. There is something for every age to do here. If you are interested in driving further, Orlando and the amusement parks (Disney, MGM, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventures, Epcot) are 2 Ā½ hours North. South Beach and Miami are 1 Ā½ hours South and the Florida Keys are just beyond Miami. Palm Beach County ā€“ where Wellington is located, has year-round deep sea fishing and plenty of lakes and canals for fresh water fishing. The drift diving is fantastic here with the visibility being clearest during the winter and spring months. If you are a professional sports fan, we have Football, Baseball, Hockey and Basketball. If you are into golf, bring your clubs ā€“ there are many courses to play throughout our South Florida area.
