Welcome! We pride ourselves in providing a clean and comfortable home. Kitchen is supplied with all the basics, including quality pots and pans for cooking family meals. No pets are allowed so it is great for those with allergies. Bedding and towels are washed with fragrance free detergent, and nearly all our cleaning products are natural. Designed with families in mind, we have two family room areas with TV's, Amazon Firesticks, Blu-ray DVD player and high speed 100 Mbs wireless internet.

Great location on quiet cul-de-sac. Easy freeway access, 2 miles from the Spokane Valley Mall, restaurants and movie theater. 2 miles to the Hub Sports Center. Only 20 minutes to downtown Spokane, 14 miles to Gonzaga University and 25 minutes to Coeur d'Alene. Less than a mile from the Centennial Trail Barker Rd Trailhead.

The home has three queen beds. All beds are comfortable with pillow tops. Air mattress available to accommodate 8 people. We also have a “Pack n’ Play” portable crib as well as a baby gate.

Beautiful view of the mountains off the covered patio with comfy seating and water feature below. Please note, our property does not have backyard access but has a great grassy front yard!

Keyless entry using unique access code allows guest to arrive at their own schedule, contact-free. Guests have full access of home and deck area. Driveway parking access. Located at the front of the house in between the garage doors is an electric vehicle charging outlet (14-50R).

Since this is a duplex, we are conveniently located next door and are available by text, phone or email. Our goal is for you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
