MARINA DI MODICA SUITE is a charming and independent apartment for tourist rental, located on the ground floor of a multi-family house, located in the center of Marina di Modica, just 200 m from the sea.

The structure, just renovated and furnished with careful attention to detail, consists of entrance hall with comfortable sofa bed, two double bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, laundry corner, large outdoor area equipped with greenery and garden furniture.

Marina di Modica suite is equipped with all comforts: satellite TV, air conditioning / heat pump, washing machine, equipped kitchenette, barbeque, large outdoor shower, corner of aromatic plants, car and motorbike parking in the private courtyard.
The structure can accommodate up to a maximum of 6: double bedroom, twin bedroom, living room with sofa bed.

Staying in Marina di Modica Suite will allow you not only to spend a wonderful beach holiday but also to visit the nearby cities of art such as Modica, Scicli, Ragusa, Noto, Syracuse; other coastal towns such as Pozzallo, Marzamemi, Sampieri; and sites of archaeological and naturalistic interest such as Cava Ispica, Vendicari, Capo Passero.

Prices include electricity, water, gas, use of kitchen and dishes, bed linen and towels, initial and final cleaning. (Bed linen and towels affect € 2, 00 per person for the whole stay).
The prices are however to be agreed in relation to the period and length of stay.
