Historical Plum Creek Place - Charming spring house Suite - near Reading PA

This colonial suite is a rural beauty with access to food, shopping and sightseeing only minutes away. The private suite is connected/ but NOT SHARED with an 18th century farmhouse set on 2 acres of surrounding farmland.
The unit offers a bath with shower as well as a full size washer and dryer.
The living room is large and spacious. It is adjacent to the kitchenette which features a mini-fridge, microwave, electric tea kettle, Keurig and toaster oven.
The upstairs bedroom features original stonewalls and a queen size bed as well as a closet, chair and dresser.
There is ample parking on site., and new this year is our own pickleball court!

Besides warm and cozy it was nice how quiet it was in the area. Wish stay had been in summer so we could have enjoyed sitting outside. Good communication from the host as well!

Historic Plumb Creek VRBO

We originally picked the Plumb Creek VRBO because it is a historic home. Our stay was everything we hoped for spacious, comfortable, quiet and dark nights! It is also close to recreation trails and Reading PA. We can't wait to go back!!

Needed time away!

This is a charming and cozy place - very unique! You are surrounded by antiques that add to a quiet ambience. The location was also perfect for what we wanted to do. Lynette and Nathan were very helpful and this made for a wonderful weekend.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!

Everything met and exceeded expectations. Such a stunning property. We were able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside with the city just 15 minutes away. Lynette was fantastic to work with and we will absolutely be back. This is truly a gem in the Pennsylvania countryside!

Beautiful Cottage

This place is beautiful as well as unique. It was very clean and the owners kept all the wonderful old features like wooden door knobs, furnished with old and new items and decorated it to keep with the theme as well. I would highly recommend it. It was very relaxing and the outside was beautiful. There isn't anything I would change. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for, Lynette and Paul, for a wonderful stay.

Cozy and Beautiful Home

Lynette’s property is beautiful, and the home was perfect for a weekend getaway for my husband and I! We were supplied with everything we could need. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the entire place was very clean. There were so many nice extra touches, like coffee, nice toiletries, and water in the fridge. Lynette greeted us and it was apparent that she takes pride in her home!

What a wonderful, peaceful home! We loved staying at Plum Creek and felt so comfortable in the space. Lynette has done a lovely job of decorating and creating a warm atmosphere. We definetly recommend this sweet getaway.

Weekend in Pennsylvania

We were visiting Reading, PA for the WWII weekend and opted to stay at this location and were so glad we did! It is situated in a beautiful and peaceful location and we started the day going on a walk. The accommodations were cozy and unique and served to add so much to the weekend. The hostess was so warm and pleasant and provided excellent recommendations for dinner and even the paint color of one of the rooms that I loved. So, we left, rested and with wonderful memories and inspiration to paint our room at home! We would recommend it highly!!

Cozy country getaway

My husband and I stayed 2 nights when we saw a show in Reading. This was a cozy and comfortable stay and was close to great hiking trails and Reading. Communication with the host was great, and they quickly resolved an issue we had with accessing the property at check in.

Adorable Place

Plum Creek was full of charm and a great place for a Pennsylvania countryside get away. The host was very accommodating. Plum Creek Creamery, Blue Marsh Italian, and Hitching Post were very close by and good places to eat.

Perfect 4th Of July Getaway.
