This 5000+ sq foot duplex is being offered as an entire home to accommodate larger groups (up to 16) families, company retreats and corporate outings with a finished basement, a large second floor balcony and gated backyard outdoor space.

This fully restored 1911 home has retained much of its original wood workings and resurfaced wood floors. Uniquely decorated to share the passion of the owner's love of Motown music , each room is decorated with special photos, art and memorabilia. We want to encourage visitors to the city of Detroit to experience the fun and energy that Motown music brought to the world and each floor has a working 1963 Wurlitzer Juke box filled with various Detroit artists. We are focused on providing groups an amazing experience, one to share with future visitors and friends but no parties.

Guests will have all access to the entire house with the exception of the mechanical/furnace room in the basement.Other things to note: This property is professionally maintained and managed; it is also monitored by ADT Security. The security system includes external cameras, fire, glass breakage, sump pump, controlled heating and cooling systems and police and fire notification via a user friendly key fab and alarm panels located at each entrance.
