What a wonderful apartment to stay in. The check in was so easy as we met Luca in the courtyard and he showed us everything we needed to know. There was a fabulous bakery close by as well as many excellent restaurants just steps away. The grand canal was just down the street. We walked everywhere and discovered so many interesting shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and lots of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and while we didn’t cook there were adequate pots and pans should you want to. It was a perfect spot for the four of us!

Amazing location with all the amenities included. Easy access from the river and the local scene a three minute walk away. A quick change up on our host representative upon arrival but very knowledgeable and gave a GREAT number of recommendations for our day and a half in Venice!

Great location

The flat is quite small, so I'd recommend it for no more than 2 adults, but it is comfortable and well appointed.

Beautiful Stay in Venice

The apartment was beautiful, roomy and very comfortable. It was located in a convenient location allowing us to walk to all the attractions and enjoy some nice restaurants near by. Lucca was our favorite.

Perfect view, perfect location

This location is wonderful. It’s just outside the natural science museum which is the one of the only areas with greenery. Our hosts were very responsive and helped us whenever needed. Also there’s many restaurants nearby and it’s located in a quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The location was easy for access to the trains, waterbus and taxis. Something to be aware of there is a museum next door that can be very loud with visitors at times throughout the day. The accommodations are nice, comfortable, clean and decorated subtlety but look larger in the pictures online. We would stay here again and feel it's a good value.

Could be the perfect spot !

Great stay in a peaceful AC modern very clean flat . The surroundings are lovely , beautiful accessible garden, great bakery , one of the best ice cream shop in town , lovely restaurants away from the tourist masses. It was a joy !

Cute apartment, central location

The apartment is clean and as it looks in the pictures, with one large bedroom and one smaller bedroom, and one bathroom (with great smelling soap). The apartment is in a great location, a short walk to 2 water taxi stops, but also a short walk to the train and bus stations. Check in was easy. The host arranged for Amir to meet me at the alilaguna stop near to the apartment, and he helped me with my bag and showed me around the apartment. I was even able to check in early which was a plus.

I absolutely love this property and this is the second time I've stayed here. Both times I've visited Venice, I've chosen to stay here due to how spacious the accommodation is, the great location and last but not least, the way Views on Venice have treated me as a guest. Our flight was scheduled later after I made the booking and I wasn't able to check in until almost 8:30 PM. While there is a fee for later check in, the communication was very positive and Marta even helped with luggage and answered questions, even offering suggestions. If I happen to be lucky enough to visit Venice again, there is no doubt I'll be staying here for a third time.

Comfortable and convenient

Location: this apartment is close to the train station and within a minute’s walk to a supermarket, bakery, wine shop, gelato shop, and good restaurants. The only negative was a defective light fixture in the bathroom.

Absolutely Amazing!

Our experience from the beginning was wonderful. The host was attentive, communicated with us along every step of the process and even answered a question late in the evening by phone. We had instructions on which stop to arrive at and we were walked directly to the property. This property made our stay so much better because it was situated in a great location and we were able to make nice meals due to the plethora of dishes, utensils and pans. Each room was clean, presented well and felt like a home away from home. I have nothing but great things to say about the quality of the apartment and our overall experience!

Perfect Location to Visit Venice

Perfectly situated in a neighborhood with easy access to public square with a grocery, bacari (wine bar), gelato, and bakery. All the families met here after school. Nice! Easy walk to Rialto Bridge, San Marco, Guggenheim, and train station (if you’ve packed light). Two close water taxis from airport. And taxi to Murano leaves from train station area. Washer/dryer on 1st floor. AC not on until summer, open windows kept it cool in May but use ones with screens - mosquitoes are terrors. Children at natural history museum are better than alarm to wake up to. Living room is tiny but very comfortable for the 4 of us to share afternoon wine and cheese. Espresso machine with pods for use & coffee pot. Luca met us at the boat stop and led us to apt…marked everything we could need on the map. Nearby restaurants are fantastic! Trattoria al Ponte del Megio was a yummy ocal restaurant open late with plenty of outdoor tables along the canal. Bacán was also a treat with South American cuisine. Wait staff was fantastic! I recommend the fixed price tasting menu. La Cantineta had fantastic wines and cichetti. We were here when the bells started ringing because we had elected a new pope! And Trattoria Pizzeria All’Anfora - great local pizza in beautiful courtyard. Glass jewelry artisans nearby as well making on site - Franzato Marco de Venezia in plaza Sta. Maria. Perfect stay for our family.

Beautiful apartment in amazing location

Communication with the viewsonvenice team was very good and quick, hand over of the keys to the apartment was also nice with them being able to answer the questions we had. The apartment is in a beautiful and quiet area of Venice making you feel like you are really living in the city. The rooms and amenities were all everything you would want. The surrounding area is also picturesque and having many good restaurants and cafes for breakfast and dinner. The local supermarket and fruit stall is also very close to the property which makes it very convenient if you want to get other essentials. There was no olive oil in the kitchen which was a surprise but other than that nothing to complain about.

Stay un Venice

Très bien situé ! Super accueil ! Un bémol : un des lits est un lit pliant avec matelas très mou ! Pas approprié pour un adulte. Cette suite convient donc à un couple avec deux enfants et non pas 4 adultes.

L’emplacement près de la gare , le calme dans ce quartier , le fait que l’appartement soit climatisé . Un détail : le coffre était fermé et nous n’avons pas trouvé d’explications disponibles pour l’ouvrir . Mais c’est un détail
