Welcome to Solitude Blue Ridge, your luxurious mountain sanctuary nestled in 5.5 acres of pristine forest. Our authentic log-sided cabin features knotty pine interiors and solid wood plank floors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere across three distinct levels and providing ample space with perfect privacy for your group. Featuring beautiful year-round mountain views and colorful sunrises, you will relax in the tranquility of the North Georgia mountains in pampered, peaceful comfort. Solitude is located about 15 minutes from either downtown Blue Ridge or McCaysville.

What makes Solitude special?
We are a large private property on 5.5 acres so you won't see any neighbors or be crowded by other vacationers.
Our front deck is covered so you can stay dry in any weather and out of the sun most of the day.
The entire grounds are walk-able and safe! You are not perched precariously on a steep edge with no usable outdoor space.
Situated at 2100 ft. elevation so you get an amazing layered mountain view with spectacular sunrises and you don't have to drive difficult or treacherous roads to enjoy them.
Solitude is 2420 square feet in size so it is larger than most 3/3 and provides privacy on 3 separate levels.
This is our family vacation cabin so it is well equipped and maintained in every way.
Underground utilities mean zero power lines around the cabin or spoiling the mountain view!
You will be close to town, trails and tubing but actually based in the mountains in a real, modern cabin.
Most importantly, you are dealing with the owners, not a difficult management company.

SLEEPING SPACES (sleeps 8)
Upper Level Primary: King bed with Smart 4k TV and private ensuite bathroom.
Upper level Loft: XL Twin bed in the "Bears Den".
Main Level Bedroom: Queen bed with an adjacent full bathroom.
Lower Level Bedroom: Queen bed with an adjacent full bathroom.
Lower Level Living Area: Queen pullout sofa bed.


LIVING SPACES
Great room main level with gas fireplace and Smart 4k TV
Kitchen main level fully stocked and equipped. 2 ice makers, 4 types of coffeemakers (Keurig, French press, Pour-over and Drip). Cooking oil, spices and more.
Game room on terrace level with gas fireplace, full sized pool table, Smart 4k TV, PlayStation 4, tons of family games and puzzles. We even have a special Solitude activity book for kids (and grown ups!)

5.5 acres of walk-able property and not another cabin in sight! SOLITUDE is the perfect spot for your personal or family getaway no matter what activities you enjoy. This is an ideal location with great mountain views and is near everything in North Georgia!


Gas fireplaces are only operational from approximately Oct. 1 to April 1.

The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay. Hot tub uses bromine, not chlorine.


***By booking this cabin you acknowledges the following house rules***


Booking guest must be at least age 25 and must be present for the duration of the rental.
No Pets allowed.
No Smoking inside or on decks. This is a wood cabin and we love it intact.
No Parties.
No Fireworks.
No unapproved guests and no more than the 8 capacity limit.
You will be asked to fill out a registration form so we know who you are.


We have limited check out chores. Garbage should be secured in the outdoor bins, used towels dropped in the tub and the dishwasher turned on.


There are 3 Exterior cameras on our driveway and door with motion activated audio and video.
