Second bedroom on upper level has queen bed and third bedroom lower level has Queen bed and full bathroom.
December through March MONTHLY rentals ONLY flat rate $100. per night or contact me for a Seasonal Rate!
One week minimum rental at other times.
Two car driveway plus

Great View of the Bay and Sunsets

The townhouse is located in a cozy, quiet townhouse complex. The complex is beautifully kept with an outdoor swimming pool. The townhouse is nicely decorated and clean. It was very easy to communicate with the owner, Marla.

This seems to be the owners primary residence. Food in the fridge, no where to put our clothes as closets and dressers are full of personal items. The stove was so dirty, we had to clean before we used it. Every room was dirty and cluttered. Glass ware all needed to be washed and most towels provided were stained. We were also asked to water her plants.

Nice place to stay with friends

Marla is an amazing and communicative host! Her condo is lovely and has a beautiful view of Georgian Bay and the ski hills (we could see Blue Mountain’s fireworks on New Year’s Eve!). Cozy and perfect for a small group of friends, however, there is not too much to walk to so we had to get in the car to go anywhere. Overall, would recommend Marla as a host and this property to stay!

Thanks Sophie Just a note to anyone reading this the Grocery Store is 10 mins. Blue Mountain Village would be about 20 mins. by Car.

Excellent sunsets!

Condo is located on the bay. Deck overlooks bay with amazing sunsets. Very peacefull and quiet. Pool was awesome. My grandchildren loved it. We pretty much had it to ourselves. Lots of activities to do and close. Lovely neighbors and immaculate grounds. Would go back in a heartbeat. Marla was very accommodating and quick with her replies.

Beautiful sunsets and views from the condo and pool

My son, grandson and I had an enjoyable long weekend. The location and complex is perfect. My grandson loved the pool and made friends everytime we went to the pool. The bay view is wonderful from the condo and the view from the pool is 😍 great. The neighbours are pleasant and the trails are so close. The weekend was relaxing and the condo was spacious for the three of us. All amenities are close by and you could either walk or bike to many amenities. We will return.

Not Happy

This property should not be on . There is someone living there full time prior to our arrival. The fridge, cupboards, drawers and closets were full of other peoples clothing and groceries - it was like they just walked out and went somewhere for the 9 days we were there. First off was the owner telling us by text that there was no Cable, just Netflix, which we could not access. The gas fireplace was not working as they could not get it serviced. Their dirty laundry was stuffed into the master bedroom closet basket and also had to be cleared out of the entrance to the laundry room ! The fridge and cupboards were full of outdated food and hardly any room for out groceries. The positively worst thing was that Marla said if we were to encounter their neighbors in the condo complex we were to advise them we were friends (not renters) !! That was the most alarming as if this was being illigally rented we could have been asked to leave by the condo board !! I told Marla all of this and she did not offer any explanations in her return text, just thanked me for my feedback and thanked us for replacing the torn plastic toilet seat!! I feel we should be reimbursed for our stay and she should be taken off VRBO. Please address our concerns.

I was made aware of the problem with Netflix and promptly called Janice back at exactly 2:30p.m as per her text. My Son keyed in a code and it was fixed within 5 minutes, Amazon Prime was working perfectly and as I told her there is an HDMI cord that can be used with her computer. I did not hear anything else from Janice until a week after she left about clothes in the master bedroom. I had left a winter coat hanging at one end and there was a laundry basket with the comforter I use folded nicely. I had no idea she was going to use that basket. There was more than enough towels and a set of brand new organic cotton sheets in a drawer in Master. I did thank Janice for the feedback and will not leave anything in Master even for a short stay. I did ask Janice to say we were Friends because we do have a limit to how many times a year we can rent. The Board would have sent me a notice not Janice if there was a problem which I've never had. The only food in the fridge was condiments on the door. As to expired food I have some spices that are in a cupboard that she might be talking about? The Laundry room is small and there were two empty cases that she might of moved. I have no idea why she felt she had to put a cheap plastic toilet seat on? She was given a discount of 15% when she rented the house. We have two fireplaces and the one on main floor wasn't working but the Temperatures where in the 20's ever day they had perfect weather. However I did apologize for it not working. I had left two cozy throws in the Living room just in case. This is one of my homes and I do live here part time in summer and occasionally rent when we are not here. Please read comments from my other Guests. Kindly Marla

Beautiful view

Wonderful

Our stay was fantastic. Check-in was easy and the space was sparkling clean upon arrival. The view is beautiful, and her home is super cozy. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Marla is an excellent host; she’s provides clear instructions and is very responsive if you need to communicate. Would definitely recommend booking a stay with Marla!

My family stayed 14 days at Marla townhouse, what an amazing view and beautiful townhouse! Marla is a wonderful lady very responsive to any calls or texts. I would highly recommend this place 100%. I will be returning for sure!

How about cool restaurants , historic residences, happening bars, independently owned shops, hiking trails, art galleries and a main street that is so pretty it looks like a movie set? Seriously. It even sounds like one: Discreet speakers on lamp posts pipe in music. Head to Gibson and Company for a cappuccino. (Take note: It doesn’t have a store front, so follow the light-strung pathway beside the Metra boutique and you’re there). Its buzzy vibe and glossy-white tiled walls channel an NYC-Dean & DeLuca feel. Treat yourself to a grilled smoked cheddar and bacon marmalade sandwich or a vegan chickpea smash toast. Both are equally yummy.
Hurontario Street is the retail therapy go-to. If you like home decor, don’t miss Farrow Arcaro, which is owned and run by an award-winning interior designer. Leuk is also noteworthy for housewares, but the real draw here is the overall edit: art, clothing, vintage finds, jewellery – there’s even an onsite florist and a small café.
Metra is a fashion source with lots of Canadian content and the best faux fur coats.
Tea drinkers will be over-the moon with the blends at Blue Mountain Tea Company – the herbal snooze-inducing Lalaland is a sleep game-changer. And whether you buy something or not, make sure you visit Butter Gallery for its colourful mix of local artwork and famous “great wall of smalls”.
