Villa Goccia is the ideal vacation home with pool, solarium and garden for relaxing stays in Salento, just a few minutes` walk from the famous Torre dell`Orso beach. It offers up to 6 beds.
The beautiful villa is equipped with air conditioning, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi internet, safe, iron and ironing board, crib, satellite decoder, hair dryer, TV.
The villa has an automatic gate and parking inside the property. Pets allowed.

Villa Goccia is strategically located in Torre dell`Orso.
It is spread over an area of 700 square meters fully fenced. The well-kept garden, with lawn and palm trees around the large pool, has large sunbathing areas that provide relaxation and rest.
The spacious porch with wooden roof is furnished for lunches, dinners and convivial moments outdoors.
The living room at the entrance of the villa is furnished with 1 double sofa bed, dining room and open kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with pull-out bed, plus 1 shower room. Airconditioning cools all the rooms.

Villa Goccia is located in a quiet area of Torre dell`Orso, immersed in the greenery of one of the most renowned resorts in Puglia, in the marinas of Melendugno where the Blue Flag has been waving for years. The sea with the beautiful Due Sorelle beach is just a kilometer away and can be reached on foot.
The center of the small town on the Adriatic Sea can also be reached on foot. There are all the main services, including restaurants and bars, pizzerias, well-equipped beaches on the waterfront, stores, as well as church, seasonal medical point, and pharmacies.
Less than 3 kilometers to the north on the coast is an enchanting place, famous as an archaeological site and for its beauty: the village of Roca Vecchia and the adjacent Grotta della Poesia, among the most beautiful natural pools in the world.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for only small pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
