An electric gate opens on the property, which has a neat parking area to park several vehicles and a complementary space under shady pines.
In the park, shaded at any time of day, a forest table welcomes you; depending on your mood you can relax, you drink, read, watch the kids playing in the pool. The latter (12 x 5 x 5. 1. 5) secured by an electric cover is surrounded by a beautiful paved beach travertine which continues with a lawn (automatic watering system).
Other shaded areas on different levels held up by carved stone walls offer to favor the space you want to occupy.

In raised with respect to the pool, enjoy the large terrace of 38 sqm south facing with a barbecue and a pizza oven. Sheltered from the sun by an arbor covered with canisse, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Petit Luberon massif and the Alpilles.

Inside, in a neat setting, take pleasure in relaxing in the bright living-dining room opening onto the terrace (flat screen TV, box Internet with Wi-Fi), testing recipes from Provence in the open kitchen fully equipped (American fridge-freezer, 4 induction homes, oven, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances).
4 rooms are available: a master suite with 160/200 bed and ensuite bathroom (basin, shower, toilet), 1 bedroom with bed 160/200, 2 twin bedrooms with 2 beds of 90/200. Beds are made on arrival.
