Easy access to Chelsea and Ann Arbor

Enjoy this fresh, bright, completely renovated 1,200 sq. ft. home in Chelsea, only two miles from downtown. Located just outside the city limit with a country feel but close to everything. Less than one mile from I-94 expressway with easy access to Ann Arbor (12 miles), Waterloo State Park (9 miles), Ypsilanti (20 miles), Detroit Metropolitan Airport (40 miles) and Detroit (50 miles).

This is our home, not a rental property, so you will find all the amenities for a comfortable visit. The full kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, a blender, Cuisinart, slow cooker and everything else you need to prepare meals. The gas Weber grill in the large yard is also available. A washer and dryer, along with laundry detergent are in the basement. Guests may use the condiments, herbs and spices, and paper goods. Please help yourself to the Keurig coffee and tea provided.

This is a pet-friendly home. Please tell us if you are bringing any and the breed and size. There is a $50 additional fee per pet per stay.

In an effort to keep our rates lower, the base rate for our home covers the rental for 2 guests. There is a nightly surcharge of $25 for each additional guest. We do this to keep the rates lower for smaller groups. More guests means more wear & tear and more work for the cleaning crew.

Information and maps about things to do in the Chelsea area are by the back door for your convenience.

To securely monitor the home’s exterior, a Ring video door bell is installed at the front door and a Ring camera is at the detached garage.
