Both offer restaurants, breweries, and groceries, and Bozeman is home to the famous Museum of the Rockies. Head 10 minutes in the other direction and you'll find the town of Manhattan with Sir Scott's Oasis serving up excellent steaks.
You will be mere minutes from multiple public fishing accesses on the Gallatin River, or a short drive to the many other beautiful rivers in the region. A multitude of hiking trails are located in the area as well. World class skiing in Big Sky is less than 90 minutes away, and local favorite Bridger Bowl Ski Area is only 45 minutes from the house. Yellowstone National Park is accessible through the town of West Yellowstone and the town of Gardiner, both under 2 hours.
