Humble apartment in China Town

Greetings, friends! The Humble apartment has always been well maintained and it's still smells like brand new!Always kept clean and surrounded by a great neighbours!It can fit 6 guests easily in the 2 double and one queen bed!The condo has 2 bedrooms on the second floor and 1 living room converted into a bedroom on the first floor, coffee table and small balcony with a partial strip view!All sleeping spaces has a large drawer enough for any female trip luggage:)!The kitchen is equipped with all the required kitchenware to cook your own food and mix your own drinks!
You will be provided with a pair of keys for the estate through a key box!(Pool and spa amenities are not going work till May!Please contact me so I can verify if they are in service)
Due to small renovation ,guest bedroom on the second floor will not be available from 1st of feb to the 8th of feb(2 people in master and 2+2people in first floor bedroom)!Pls ask you questions before booking the condo.

Another perfect Las Vegas getaway

Beautiful condo within walking distance of China Town. Easy drive to Strip or Fremont Street. The owner is wonderful to work with-this was our 2nd stay and won’t be our last.

Good location for restaurants in Chinatown

The property is basically in good shape despite showing its age here and there internally and externally. There are dishes, glasses and cutlery for 4 and minimal cooking supplies, but we were mostly visiting restaurants anyway.

Very Quiet and Clean

Condo was clean and comfortable and communication with owner was instant. Very nice place. Easy parking and close to everything and safe.

Perfect location, very clean

Not too close not too far, just a 5m drive to the strip. Apartment was very clean, nothing fancy, just 3 spacious bedrooms and a kitchen. Will return for sure.

Location

Enjoyed the amenities provided and the location of the property. The night noise was a little too loud due to street racing and despite being down a room the host kept in contact and refunded a portion of our expense. Overall the stay was expectional.

First but not the last trip to vegas

Place was clean! Good location. Hand towels and face cloths not supplied. The host was very accommodating for us to leave our bags after check out as our flight was later. Would recommend this place to my family and friends!!!!

Over all: Rauch traffic present-discusting,short in bath towells,toilet paper,dirty stairway carpet... Not working associated pool.

3 days before check in of Antanas a pest control company came for it’s annual spraying!There were couple of tiny dead roaches which I found there,but I’m positive that they were already dead from the spraying of the company!I appologies about that but finding the kitchen dirty as after a bar night that what shocked me!There were 6big and 6 small towels that could be laundered any time they need a clean one(this is not a hotel so you can have mate service every other day)There is no residency pool that works in Vegas because of Covid

Great property less than 2 miles from Strip

Location: A+, comfort: A+, Living space: A+, Internet: A+, parking convenience: A+, what else do you want? Communication with property owner was great too. I gave a 4 star on the accuracy of online listing because it indicates + shows an outdoor pool; unfortunately, the pool doesn't look like it has been well kept and the hot tub isn't even operational. So, if your plan is to relax and chill by the pool, you might be disappointed. Otherwise, A+ for everything else. For people that have activities planned all day and just want to get back to the condo and sleep, this is the place for you.

Dishwasher didn’t work. Not enough linen. No kitchen linens. No trash bags. No salt or pepper. I bought some salt and pepper and trash bags. Measuring cups and spoons would have been nice. Swimming pool and hot tub not open. Other than that, the property was nice.

Great Stay

Place was very clean and nice. Perfect location. Only issues we had were the beds are hard as a rock and not comfortable at all. We ended up finding rugs and blankets in the closet to put on the mattress to "somewhat" make it more compy. Neiborhood was great execpt for the guy living below. He kept coming and harassing us because we were sitting infront of our car smoking because there is no smoking in the apartment. He was not happy because we were close to his car. But we were sitting infront of our car and an empty spot on the opp. side. no where near his car. Anyway if they change the beds out we would love to stay again. oh and also the listing stated the pool would be open by May. We stayed at the end of July and it was still not done. This is one of the main reasons we stayed here because of the pool.

Perfect spot to enjoy vegas off the strip

This was just what we needed for a small family wanting to visit vegas while not having to deal with being on the strip day in and out. Easy and convenient parking and comfortable accommodations. Would recommend.

Great value, off Strip, clean & comfortable

I would stay here again. It's off the strip yet close enough for an Uber or Lyft. Chinatown is RIGHT THERE, a block away. All the Asian food you can handle; Pho, Sushi, Dim Sum, Thai... so many options! The property is exactly as listed. It is clean. The beds are comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. A nice touch was coffee, powdered creamer, and sugar on-site so I didn't have to go out and get it. Netflix and Prime are already on the TV so no need to log into my account. Communication with the owner was also good, quick response. Not sure what other reviewers are complaining about with regard to a "creepy neighbor" or dirty carpet upstairs. I didn't experience either (i walked around in socks and they did not get dirty). Also, the comment about slippery stairs and falling down them; there is a handrail for a reason, if you can't navigate up a set of steps you hold on to it.

Economical and in a good location, but there are some issues

This is in a good location and it is clean. It is modest but there’s nothing unlivable about it. I have two big issues that were very upsetting. One was that the owner of this property seems to have their neighbor spying on people that stay here. It was really bizarre and uncomfortable. You come home at midnight and the guy sitting there watching you. And he lets you know that he’s watching you. The other thing was worse. They don’t want you to wear shoes upstairs and the upstairs carpet is absolutely filthy. But, the worst thing is that the stairs do not have carpet on them and I walked down the stairs in my socks and slipped and fell down the entire stairs and hurt myself. There should be strips on the stairs to keep people from falling. They made the rule that you should not be wearing shoes up there, they should be cognizant of safety. I am in a lot of pain because they cut corners on safety.

Great location and perfect for mixed company

My partner and I traveled with my daughter and family friend and the three bedroom worked out great for everyone! The location is a very short ride to the strip and we took an Uber and it was about 10 bucks. This place is perfect if traveling with small group and want the privacy of a bedroom for everyone. Will absolutely stay again.

Perfect location!

5 minutes from the strip, $9 Uber ride. Quick access to highway, food, and convenience. Very clean apartment and convenient stay! Would stay here again.

Overall good

Second floor unit which I don’t recall it saying that in the description. overall clean and had what we needed. Just needed to buy napkins, paper towels and was running out of hand soap in one of the bathrooms. neighbor from below complained of noise. Not great for young kids since they tend to run no matter what. Just FYI.
