The UHC LARIMAR complex is located in the centre of Salou, a 5-minute walk from the beach. It has a huge communal swimming pool with a hot tub area, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, garden, 2 tennis courts, 2 paddle courts and a children's playground perfect for the little ones. IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Free WiFi in the communal area. This service is provided by the complex owners' administration and UHC will not be responsible for limitations or outages.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

- Group bookings are not accepted.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupants' data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.
