75 sqm Apartment – 2 Air-Conditioned Bedrooms – Beach Access & 2 Swimming Pools

This is my personal apartment, which I occasionally rent out as a holiday property. Please feel free to contact me if some dates are not available on the website.

The apartment is 75 sqm and located in a secure, high-end residence featuring two swimming pools (a large one and a smaller children’s pool), a spacious garden, and private beach access.

It also features a large covered terrace of 14 sqm with a lovely view of the smaller pool and the sea. You will find a hammock and a large dining table, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, including infants.

The living room and open kitchen are fully equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, sofa (non-convertible), oven, washing machine, espresso machine, kettle, etc. There are also books available for you to enjoy during your stay.

The two bedrooms, measuring 12 and 13 sqm, each include a large built-in wardrobe. I keep a few personal belongings there, but you will still have plenty of space for your own items.

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and furnished with a standard 140 cm double bed as well as a desk, making the apartment suitable for remote work.

The bathroom, renovated three years ago, includes a shower, and the toilet is separate.

The apartment is located on the first floor, in the Emerald 4 building (see map), which gives it the advantage of being well ventilated and particularly quiet.

You will also have your own private parking space directly at the foot of the building.

The Crystal Beach residence is appreciated for its peaceful holiday atmosphere and its beachfront location.

Ideally located, the apartment is only 2 km from the town center and close to shops, restaurants, the ferry terminal, golf course, casino, marina, gym, as well as surfing and kitesurfing spots.

At the entrance of the residence, you will find an excellent bakery, a convenience store, a hair salon, and a beauty salon. There are also three restaurants within walking distance (pizza, burgers, traditional cuisine, and semi-gourmet dining).

You will also have the option to rent electric bikes to explore the surroundings, visit Pointe des Châteaux, or simply ride into town
