We rent in seasonal a nice studio with sea view in Boucan Canot. Ideal for a romantic holiday or a couple with children!

Located in a quiet and secure residence, the studio is 5 minutes walk from the most beautiful beach of the island and its restaurants / bars and 5 minutes by car from the city center of Saint-Gilles-Les-Bains.

As we love our nice neighbors, parties are not allowed.

The studio consists of:

- 1 bed (140cm) and 1 sofa bed
- 1 dining table for 4 people
- 1 wardrobe
- 1 coffee table

- 1 outdoor terrace with a dining table
- 1 fully equipped kitchen redone
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

Equipment side, the studio has:

- Internet (fiber)
- TV
- Air Conditioner
- Washing machine
- Hair dryer,
- 1 parking space inside the residence

Interaction with travelers:
At your convenience, we can be very discreet, however we will remain available for any questions related to your excursions and your evenings throughout your stay.

Other remark:
The prices displayed do not include the tourist tax. We will ask you to pay when you arrive.

One of the most pleasant places to live thanks to the beautiful beach of Boucan Canot, its bars and restaurants by the sea ... ideal for a holiday in the sun!

Transport:
You can walk to the beach.
For other trips we advise you to prefer the car.
You can also travel by bus, there is a stop within 5 minutes of the studio.
